Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Gambaran strategi bisnis saat ini pada produk Aggit Leather Collection, (2) Model identifikasi bisnis model canvas (BMC) pada produk Aggit Leather Collection, (3) Bagaimana formulas terbaru. Objek penelitian ini adalah produk Aggit Leather Collection. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa salah satu cara mengembangkan bisnis Aggit Leather Collection supaya dapat bersaing adalah menggunakan model bisnis dengan pendekatan Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC). Terdapat sembilan elemen pada Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC) Aggit Leather Collection yaitu customer segment, customer relationship, channel, revenue stream, value proposition, key activities, key resource, cost structure, dan key partners, formulasi strategi bisnis BMC menggunakan metode strategi red ocean melalui strategi diferensiasi yaitu strategi untuk membedakan produk dengan ciri khas dari pesaing. Tujuan penerapan strategi red ocean untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan maupun daya saing dengan kompetitor-kompetitor lainya, terutama pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang enterprise. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Description of the current business strategy for Aggit Leather Collection products, (2) Business model identification model canvas (BMC) for Aggit Leather Collection products, (3) What is the latest formulation. The object of this research is the Aggit Leather Collection product. This study uses a qualitative method. This study uses two sources of data, namely primary and secondary. Data collection is done by conducting interviews. The analysis in this study uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC). Based on the results of the research, it shows that one way to develop the Aggit Leather Collection business so that it can compete is to use a business model with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. There are nine elements in the Aggit Leather Collection Business Model Canvas (BMC), namely customer segments, customer relationships, channels, revenue streams, value propositions, key activities, key resources, cost structure, and key partners. The BMC business strategy formulation uses the red ocean strategy method. through a differentiation strategy, namely a strategy to differentiate products with distinctive characteristics from competitors. The purpose of implementing the red ocean strategy is to increase sales volume and competitiveness with other competitors, especially companies engaged in the enterprise sector.
