Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara hasil wawancara dan data di lapangan berkaitan dengan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuatitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner dengan 169 responden. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score menunjukkan bahwa komitmen kerja pegawai berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 3,80 dan kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 4,09. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan Y didapatkan nilai 0,835 yang termasuk pada kategori hubungan “sangat kuat”. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh 69,7% terhadap variabel Y. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai 19.608 > 1.654 menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y dapat dikatakan signifikan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan nilai 21,346 + 0,894 artinya bahwa setiap penambahan satu poin variabel X maka nilai variabel Y bertambah sebesar 0,894. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Komitmen Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. dimensi komitmen kerja berkelanjutan memiliki skor lebih rendah dari dimensi lainnya. Jika pegawai tidak memiliki komitmen kerja berkelanjutan yang tinggi maka tidak ada pertimbangan yang sulit dalam diri pegawai berkaitan dengan kemungkinan untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan tingginya angka perpindahan kerja yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran pekerjaan dan pencapaian tujuan dalam organisasi. ABSTRACT This research background tell about the gap between the results of interviews and data in the field related to employee performance. The purpose of the studies to explain the influence of work commitment on employee performance at the West Java Provincial Teacher Training Center. The method used by descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with 169 respondents. The results of the study show that employee work commitment is in the good category with an average score of 3.80 and employee performance is in the very good category with an average score of 4.09. The correlation coefficient test results between variables X and Y obtained a value of 0.835 which is included in the "very strong" relationship category. The results of the determination test found that variable X had a 69.7% effect on variable Y. The results of the significance test obtained a value of 19,608> 1,654 indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y can be said to be significant. The regression analysis results have a score of 21.346 + 0.894, which means that for every one point addition of variable X, the value of variable Y increases by 0.894. The results showed that there was a positive and significant Influence of Work Commitment on Employee Performance at the West Java Province Teacher Training Center. The dimension of continuance work commitment has a lower score than the other dimensions. If employees do not have high continuance work commitment, there is no difficult consideration in employees regarding the possibility of leaving the organization. This can result in a high number of job transfers which can interfere with the smooth running of work and the achievement of goals in the organization.
