Abstract
Website perpustakaan UPI merupakan sumber informasi pembelajaran bagi seluruh anggota akademik di lingkungan kampus. Website tersebut dapat diakses melalui laman http://perpustakaan.upi.edu/. Berdasarkan data statistik per 6 bulan terakhir (Agustus 2022 – Januari 2023), website perpustakaan UPI mengalami penurunan jumlah halaman yang terbuka dalam setiap kunjungan sebanyak -9,0% serta peningkatan bounce rate sebanyak 8,4%. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil survey awal, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebesar 93,3% partisipan merasa penggunaan website perpustakaan UPI membingungkan dan tampilannya perlu diperbaiki. Berdasarkan urutan tertinggi, diperoleh hasil bahwa halaman yang perlu untuk segera diperbaiki yaitu halaman repository, beranda, e-journal/e-book, layanan bebas pinjam, dan OPAC. Data tersebut juga didukung dengan nilai SUS awal website perpustakaan UPI sebesar 38. Dimana nilai SUS tersebut sangat rendah dan termasuk kedalam kedalam predikat “not acceptable”, nilai adjective “poor”, serta untuk grade penilaian memperoleh predikat “F”. Maka peneliti melakukan rancang ulang pada website perpustakaan UPI dengan metode design thinking. Dan memperoleh success rate sebesar 88%, dengan pengerjaan task tercepat selama 26 detik serta total skor SUS kedua sebesar 77, yang termasuk kedalam predikat “acceptable”, nilai adjective “good”, serta untuk grade penilaian memperoleh predikat “B”. Maka berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengguna cukup puas dengan pengalaman mereka selama berinteraksi dengan design baru (redesign) website perpustakaan UPI yang dibuat. Dengan dibuktikan oleh peningkatan skor SUS sebanyak 39 poin. The UPI library website is a source of learning information for all academic members on campus. The website can be accessed via the http://perpustakaan.upi.edu/ page. Based on statistical data for the last 6 months (August 2022 - January 2023), the UPI library website experienced a decrease in the number of pages opened in each visit by -9.0% and an increase in bounce rate of 8.4%. In addition, based on the results of the initial survey, it can be concluded that 93.3% of participants felt that using the UPI library website was confusing and its appearance needed to be improved. Based on the highest order, the results show that the pages that need to be repaired immediately are repository pages, homepages, e-journals/e-books, loan-free services, and OPAC. The data is also supported by the initial SUS value on the UPI library website of 38. Where the SUS value is very low and is included in the "not acceptable" predicate, the adjective "poor" value, and for the assessment grade it gets the "F" predicate. So the researchers redesigned the UPI library website using the design thinking method. And obtaining a success rate of 88%, with the fastest task completion for 26 seconds and a total score of the second SUS of 77, which is included in the "acceptable" predicate, the adjective value "good", and for the assessment grade obtaining the "B" predicate. So based on these results, it can be concluded that users are quite satisfied with their experience while interacting with the new design (redesign) of the UPI library website that was created. Evidenced by an increase in the SUS score of 39 points.
