Abstract
Peneliti tertarik menganalisis manajemen layanan pembelajaran pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penaian dan evaluasi tindakan lanjutnya. Khususnya pendidikan untuk ABK dalam perencanaan ,pelaksanaan,penilaian,dan tindak lanjut hasil pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut, sehingga tujuan yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif atau deskriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDS Muhammadiyah. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan layanan pembelajaran di sekolah telah memberikan layanan bimbingan belajar bagi anak ABK, kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai penanggung jawab dan administrator belum berperan secara optimal, sekolah bekerja sama dengan orangtua dalam proses belajar siswa seperti home visit dan pembelajaran tambahan. Menjadi saran peneliti, hendaknya segera dilakukan asesmen untuk mendiagnosa kebutuhan ABK, pembelajaran biasa dilakukan di luar kelas seperti outdoor education, dan menggunakan media audio visual, bentuk tim layanan bagi anak autistic agar layanan pembelajaran menjadi lebih optimal. Researchers are interested in analyzing learning service management in the process of planning, implementing, assessing and evaluating further actions. Especiallyeducationfor ABK in planning, implementing, assessing, and following up learning outcomes in the school, so that the expected goals can be achieved. This research uses a qualitative or descriptive approach with observation, interview and documentation methods. The population and sample of this study were grade IV students of SDS Muhammadiyah. The results showed that the management of learning services in schools has provided tutoring services for ABK children, principals and teachers as responsible and administrators have not played an optimal role, schools work together with parents in student learning processes such as home visits and additional learning. As a suggestion of researchers, an assessment should be immediately carried out to diagnose the needs of ABK, learning is usually carried out outside the classroom such as outdoor education, and using audio-visual media, forming a service team for autistic children so that learning services become more optimal.
