Abstract

Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung Menyelengarakan Pendididkan dan Pelatihan Tenaga Administrasi, Tenaga Teknis Pendidikan, dan Keagamaan. Pelatihan Penguatan Kompetensi Pengawas yang diselenggarakan mengunkan media learning management system (LMS) ini sebagai upaya meningkatknan kompetensi pengawas madrasah. Kompetensi yang harus dimiliki pengawas sekolah madrasah mencakup enam aspek kompetensi kepribadian, supervisi manajerial, supervisi akademik, evaluasi pendidikan, penelitian dan pengembangan dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyelengaraan pelatihan pengutaan kompetensi pengawas madrasah melaui learning management system (LMS) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pengwas madrasah yang di selenggarakan oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpilan data yang digunkan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima orang yaitu terdiri dari satu penyelenggara, satu widyaiswara, tiga peserta pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, dapat ditemukan bahwa : 1) Penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang terdiri dari kegiatan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, merumuskan tujuan pelatihan, pendesainan kurikulum, perencanaan program pelatihan, pelaksanaan program pelatihan, evaluasi program pelatihan. 2) Penggunaan learning management system (LMS) untuk menunjang pelatihan pengutan kompetensi pengawas di analisis melalui beberapa indikator yang mencakup kondisi sistem LMS, Kondisi Informasi sistem LMS, Kondisi Pelayana sistem LMS itu sendiri, dari semua faktor tersebut secara keseluruhan pengunaan LMS pada pelatihan sudah menunjang pelatihan yang diselnggarakan. 3) kompetensi pengwas madrasah yang telah mengikuti pelatihan secara keseluruhan terdapat peningkatan kompetensi pada kompetensi supervisi manajerial, dan supervisi akademik. The Bandung Religious Training Center Organizes Education and Training for Administrative Personnel, Education Technical Personnel, and Religion. Supervisor Competency Strengthening Training which was held using the media learning management system (LMS) as an effort to improve the competence of madrasa supervisors. Competencies that must be possessed by madrasah school supervisors include six aspects of personality competence, managerial supervision, academic supervision, educational evaluation, research and development and social. This study aims to determine the implementation of madrasah supervisor competency strengthening training through the learning management system (LMS) in increasing the competence of madrasa supervisors held by the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center. This research uses descriptive method and qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. There were five research subjects consisting of one organizer, one widyaiswara, and three trainees. Based on the research findings, it can be found that: 1) Organizing training which consists of analyzing training needs, formulating training objectives, designing curriculum, planning training programs, implementing training programs, evaluating training programs. 2) The use of the learning management system (LMS) to support supervisory competence strengthening training is analyzed through several indicators which include the condition of the LMS system, the condition of the LMS system information, the service conditions of the LMS system itself, from all of these factors overall the use of LMS in training has supported organized training. 3) the competence of madrasa supervisors who have attended the training as a whole has increased competency in managerial supervision competence, and academic supervision.
