Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan gerak fundamental melalui aktivitas kids atletik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one group pretest-posttest design dengan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling, dengan jumlah sampel seluruh siswa kelas 3 SD Muhammadiyah Wonorejo Kapanewon Sanden Kabupaten Bantul yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Instrumen dalam peneltian ini menggunakan Atheltic Skills Track (AST). Nilai rerata keterampilan gerak fundamental pada saat pre test sebesar 30,74, dan rerata keterampilan gerak fundamental pada saat post test sebesar 25,72. Nilai rerata yang diperoleh dari saat pre test ke post test meningkat sebesar 5,02 atau sebesar 16,33%. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS dengan analisis uji-t. Hasil uji t diperoleh bahwa t hitung = 6,646 dan nilai t (13)(0,05) adalah 1,771, dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari aktivitas kids athltetics terhadap keterampilan gerak fundamental pada anak usia 9 tahun, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas kids athletics efektif meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar fundamental pada anak usia 9 tahun di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Wonorejo Kapanewon Sanden Kabupaten Bantul. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan gerak, kids athletics, Atheltic Skills Track (AST) This study aims to determine the effect of basic movement skills through the activities of child athletes. This study used the one group pretest-posttest design method with a sample technique using total sampling, with a total sample of 14 students in grade 3 SD Muhammadiyah Wonorejo Kapanewon Sanden, Bantul Regency. The instrument in this research uses the Athletic Skills Track (AST). The average value of fundamental movement skills during the pre-test was 30.74, and the average fundamental movement skills during the post-test was 25.72. The mean value obtained from the pre-test to the post-test increased by 5.02 or 16.33%. Data analysis techniques using SPSS with t-test analysis. Results of the t test show that t count = 6.646 and the value of t (13)(0.05) is 1.771, thus there was a significant effect of kids athletic activities on fundamental movement skills in children aged 9 years, so it can be concluded that kids athletics activities are effective in improving basic fundamental movement skills in children aged 9 at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Wonorejo Kapanewon Sanden, Bantul Regency.
