Abstract
ABSTRAK Nadia Nisa Islamy. (2023). Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Self Instruction untuk Meningkatkan Adversity Intelligence Remaja. Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Adversity intelligence perlu dimiliki remaja sebagai kemampuan mengatasi situasi sulit dan mampu mencapai tujuan dalam kehidupan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji efikasi program bimbingan kelompok teknik self instruction untuk meningkatkan adversity intelligence peserta Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen kuasi menggunakan desain Nonequivalent Pretest Postest Control Group dengan The Solomon Four-Group Design. Hasil pengumpulan data pada 334 peserta didik SMA Negeri 8 Bandung kelas X Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 menunjukkan mayoritas peserta didik berada pada tahap camper, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan adversity intelligence. Komponen program bimbingan dan konseling terdiri dari rasional, tujuan, sasaran program, peran konselor, tahap pembentukan kelompok, rencana operasional bimbingan dan konseling dan evaluasi program. Program bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self instruction memiliki efikasi untuk meningkatkan adversity intelligence peserta didik. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan bagi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam meningkatkan adversity intelligence remaja. Adversity intelligence needs to be possessed by adolescents as the ability to overcome difficult situations and be able to achieve goals in life. This study aims to examine the efficacy of the Group Guidance Self Instruction Technique Program to Improve Adolescent adversity intelligence of high school (SMA) participants. The research method used is a quasi-experimental Nonequivalent Pretest Postest Control Group with The Solomon Four-Group Design. The results of data collection on 334 students of SMA Negeri 8 Bandung class X in 2022/2023 show that the majority of students are in the camper, so efforts are needed to increase adversity intelligence. The components of the guidance and counseling program consist of rationale, goals, program objectives, the role of the counselor, the stages of group formation, guidance and counseling operational plans and program evaluation. Group guidance program with techniques self instruction has the efficacy to increase the adversity intelligence of students. This research provides benefits to students in increasing adversity intelligence. Recommendations from the research results can be used as a reference for Guidance and Counseling teachers in increasing adolescent adversity intelligence.
