Abstract

Output maupun konsep Pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi bersifat kontradiktif dan perlu diuji terkait perannya dalam pembentukan intensi dan sikap kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan Pengaruh Sikap Berwirausaha Dalam Memediasi Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri Dan Peran Orang Tua Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha mahasiswa di Banten. Penelitian korelasional dengan survey pada mahasiswa/i Universitas Banten Jaya. Sampel 200 mahasiswa/i Universitas Banten Jaya yang berjumlah 2995 dan yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik proporsionate random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structuation equation modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa secara parsial. Peran orang tua tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, Efikasi diri, Peran orang tua dan Sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa secara parsial. Sikap berwirausaha memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri terhadap Intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Sikap berwirausaha tidak memediasi pengaruh peran orang tua terhadap Intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Banten Jaya. Proses pendidikan lebih pada pembentukan evaluasi kognitif yang positif tentang kewirausahaan sedangkan peran orang tua lebih pada Intensi yang diindikasikan dengan adanya dukungan moral maupun material. Implikasi teoritis adalah perlunya model yang mengintegrasikan pandangan menyeluruh terhadap pembentukan sikap dan Intensi. Implikasi praktis yaitu pembentukan sikap dan Intensi adalah dua proses berbeda yang saling mendukung yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, dan peran orang tua. Penelitian lebih lanjut fokus pada aspek faktor sosial termasuk latar belakang keluarga dan budaya, faktor kontekstual (situasi) untuk menjelaskan lebih lanjut tentang Intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa The output and concept of entrepreneurship education in tertiary institutions are contradictory and need to be examined in terms of their role in forming entrepreneurial intentions and attitudes. This study aims to explain the influence of entrepreneurial attitudes in mediating entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and the role of parents on students' entrepreneurial intentions in Banten. It is a correlational research conducted through a survey among Banten Jaya University students. A sample of 200 Banten Jaya University students, out of a total of 2995, was selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on students' entrepreneurial attitudes, partially supporting the hypothesis. However, the role of parents did not have a significant positive effect on students' entrepreneurial attitudes. Furthermore, entrepreneurship education did not have a direct effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. However, self-efficacy, parental roles, and entrepreneurial attitudes had a significant positive effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions, partially supporting the hypothesis. Entrepreneurial attitudes were found to mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial intentions. However, entrepreneurial attitudes did not mediate the influence of the role of parents on the entrepreneurial intentions of Banten Jaya University students. These findings suggest that the educational process primarily focuses on forming positive cognitive evaluations about entrepreneurship, while the role of parents is more related to intentions, as indicated by their moral and material support. Theoretical implications highlight the need for a model that integrates a holistic view of attitudes and intentions formation. From a practical perspective, the formation of attitudes and intentions are identified as two distinct processes that mutually support each other, involving entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and the role of parents. Further research focuses on aspects of sosial faktors including family and cultural background, contextual faktors (situations) to explain more about students' entrepreneurial intentions
