Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada masih minimnya pemanfaatan media yang dapat memfasilitasi keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa SD. Media yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu media berbasis Goolge Sites dengan muatan pembelajaran membaca pemahaman berbantu metode SQ2RWR (survey, questions, read, recite, watching, dan review). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran membaca pemahaman berbasis Goolge Sites dengan metode SQ2RWR di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE dengan lima tahapan penelitian yakni analisys, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru kelas V SDN Cipari Kecamatan Karangnunggal Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Media divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media komunikasi pembelajaran, serta pengguna atau guru. Setelah dianggap layak/valid oleh para ahli, selanjutnya diujicobakan kepada peserta didik. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Analisis data kualitatif meliputi tiga alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan respons siswa positif dengan kategori sangat baik pada masingmasing indikatornya dengan persentase rata-rata 90%. Dengan demikian, media dianggap layak untuk digunakan. This research is based on the lack of use of media that can facilitate elementary students' reading comprehension skills. The media developed in this study is Google Sites-based media with learning content for reading comprehension assisted by the SQ2RWR method (survey, questions, read, recite, watch, and review). This study aims to produce a product in the form of reading comprehension learning media based on Google Sites using the SQ2RWR method for elementary students. This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model with five research stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Participants in this study were students and teachers of class V at SDN Cipari, Karangnunggal District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The media is validated by material experts, learning design experts, learning communication media experts, and users or teachers. After being deemed appropriate or valid by experts, it is then tested on students. The data analysis in this research is both qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data analysis includes three activity streams: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the analysis of quantitative data is done by statistical analysis. The results showed positive student responses with very good categories for each indicator, with an average percentage of 90%. Thus, the medium is considered feasible to use.
