Abstract

Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) adalah model pembelajaran yang menggunakan berbagai macam masalah yang ada di dunia nyata sebagai konteks nya. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah juga menuntut para siswa untuk bisa berpikir kritis dan terampil untuk memecahkan suatu masalah serta mencari solusi nya. Pelayanan Prima adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang ada di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang, pelayanan prima sendiri adalah memberikan pelayanan yang sangat baik secara maksimal yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari peningkatan berpikir kritis siswa ketika menggunakan Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Pelayanan Prima. Metode yang digunakan dalam desain penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Perlakuan hanya diberikan ke siswa-siswi kelas Fase E Tataboga 1. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang pada program keahlian Tata Boga dengan mengambil partisipan dari kelas Fase E Tataboga 1. Setelah melakukan penelitian, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Problem Based Learning (Problem Based Learning) is a learning model that uses various kinds of problems that exist in the real world as the context. Problem-based learning also requires students to be able to think critically and be skilled at solving a problem and finding a solution. Excellent service is one of the subjects in the Bina Wisata Lembang Vocational School, excellent service itself is to provide maximum excellent service that aims to get customer satisfaction. This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills when using Problem Based Learning in Excellent Service subjects. The method used in this research design is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Treatment was only given to students of Phase E K-1 class. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang in the Culinary Skills Program by taking participants from Phase E K-1 class. After conducting research, the authors conclude that the Problem Based Learning learning model can help improve students' critical thinking skills.
