Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuistrategi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi Boarding Master serta gaya kepemimpinan yang proporsional di lingkungan asrama Alexandria Islamic School pasca pandemi. Desain atau rancangan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Alexandria Islamic School. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu strategi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi antara lain; : a) Dukungan melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia; b) Dukungan Pengawas; c) Pemberdayaan emosional dan penilaian profesional dalam menghadapi pandemi; d) Meningkatkan pola komunikasi antara manajemen dan karyawan agar lebih manusiawi, Konsep Motivasi Kepala Asrama Kepada Boarding Master Di Lingkungan Asrama Alexandria Islamic School dilakukan dengan sistem keterbukaan. Dalam hal memberikan motivasi terhadap bawahan atau boarding master Kepala asrama melakukan beberapa hal, diantaranya, mengajak berdiskusi, menerapkan asas kekeluargaan, selalu mengingatkan kesepakatan bersama, membimbing dan membantu bawahan nongkrong bareng serta selalu berpegang pada mahfudzot atau pepatah. Serta gaya kepemimpinan yang proporsional digunakan oleh lembaga Alexandria Islmic school dalam menghadapi problematika pasca pandemic covid 19 yaitu gaya kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Humanis. The purpose of this study was to determine leadership strategies in increasing Boarding Master motivation and proportional leadership style in the post-pandemic Alexandria Islamic School dormitory environment. The design or design of this research is a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. This research was conducted at Alexandria Islamic School. The results of this study are leadership strategies in increasing motivation, including; : a) Support through human resource development; b) Supervisory Support; c) Emotional empowerment and professional judgment in dealing with a pandemic; d) Improving the pattern of communication between management and employees to make it more humane, the concept of motivation of the head of the dormitory to the boarding master in the Alexandria Islamic School hostel environment is carried out with an open system. In terms of motivating subordinates or boarding masters, the head of the dormitory does a number of things, including inviting discussions, applying the principle of kinship, always reminding the collective agreement, guiding and helping subordinates to hang out together and always adhering to mahfudzot or adages. As well as the proportional leadership style used by the Alexandria Islamic school institution in dealing with the problems of the post-pandemic 19, namely the Democratic and Humanist leadership style.
