Abstract

The problem that is present and is the focus of this research is that students' learning motivation is not yet optimal in the subject of Facilities and Infrastructure at Vocational High School Bina Wisata Lembang. This research aims to find out the effect of the Blended Learning on the Learning Motivation of Class XI students majoring in Office Management Automation in the Facilities and Infrastructure subject at Vocational High School Bina Wisata Lembang for the 2020-2021 academic year. This study used an explanatory survey method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The population size is 40 respondents, namely class XI OTKP 1 students at the Bina Wisata Lembang Vocational School in the 2020/2021 academic year. Then the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. From the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it was concluded that there was an influence of the Blended Learning on the learning motivation of class XI students of the Office Management Automation Department in the Facilities and Infrastructure subject Vocational High School Bina Wisata Lembang which simultaneously has a high influence.
