Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung”. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Servant Leadership, gambaran motivasi kerja, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja Guru di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS), variabel Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah memperoleh nilai 3,24 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, dan variabel motivasi kerja Guru memperoleh nilai 3,22 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel adalah sangat berpengaruh, dengan hasil Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif sebesar 86,4% terhadap motivasi kerja guru dan sisanya 13,6% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya, diperoleh dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t yang didapat adalah sebesar 18,737 > 1,674, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif dari Servant Leadership Kepala Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: Servant Leadership, Motivasi Kerja, Kepala Sekolah, Guru This research is entitled "The Influence of Servant Leadership of School Principals on Teacher Work Motivation in Junior High School in Sukasari District, Bandung City". This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of Servant Leadership, the picture of work motivation, and to determine the influence of Servant Leadership of Principals on the work motivation of teachers in Junior High School in Sukasari District, Bandung City. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, and data collection techniques are carried out through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires with a total sample of 56 people. Based on the calculation of general trends with the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique, the Principal's Servant Leadership variable obtained a score of 3.24 which was included in the very good category, and the Teacher's work motivation variable obtained a value of 3.22 which was included in the very good category. The results of hypothesis testing show that the relationship between the two variables is very influential, with the results of the Principal's Servant Leadership having a positive effect of 86,4% on teacher work motivation and the remaining 13,6% can be influenced by other factors. Furthermore, obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t value obtained of 18.737 > 1.674, resulting in a conclusion that there is a positive significant influence of the Principal's Servant Leadership on Teacher Work Motivation in Junior High School in Sukasari District, Bandung City.
