Abstract
Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan kejuruan yang berperan penting dalam menghasilkan manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki kompetensi saat memasuki dunia usaha atau dunia kerja, melalui model pembelajaran teaching factory dan pendidikan kewirausahaan diharapkan minat usaha siswa meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat berwirausaha, mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti terhadap minat berwirausaha, mengatahui hasil belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII program studi APHP di SMK PPN Lembang tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling sebanyak 34 responden siswa kelas XII APHP SMK PPN Lembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa minat berwirausaha siswa termasuk dalam kategori yang tinggi, hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, hasil belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan hasil belajar teaching factory produksi roti dan pendidikan kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII program studi APHP di SMK PPN Lembang tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa minat berwirausaha siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran teaching factory dan pembelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan. Vocational High School (SMK) was one of the vocational education institutions that plays an important role in producing qualified and competent human beings when entering the business world or the world of work, through the teaching factory learning model and entrepreneurship education it was hoped that students' interest in business will increase. This study aims to determine interest in entrepreneurship, determine the effect of teaching factory bread production on interest in entrepreneurship, determine learning outcomes of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship, and determine the effect of learning outcomes teaching factory bread production and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship in class XII students of the APHP study program at VAT Lembang Vocational School for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used was descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 34 respondents from class XII APHP SMK PPN Lembang. The results of the study showed that students' interest in entrepreneurship was included in the high category, the learning outcomes of teaching factory production of bread had a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, learning outcomes of entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, and learning outcomes of teaching factory production of bread and entrepreneurship education together have a positive relationship to interest in entrepreneurship in class XII students of the APHP study program at SMK PPN Lembang for the 2022/2023 academic year. Based on the research results, it was known that students' interest in entrepreneurship can be increased through the teaching factory learning model and entrepreneurship education learning.
