Abstract
ABSTRAK Annisa Pradita Tjahyani (1903750). Perasaan Inferioritas pada Remaja (Studi Deskriptif terhadap Peserta Didik Kelas XI SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024). Perasaan inferioritas dapat dialami oleh setiap indvidu termasuk peserta didik. Perasaan inferioritas menjadi kunci utama, prediktor, dan memiliki peranan penting terhadap munculnya fenomena insecure, perbandingan diri, ketidakmampuan diri, kesepian, asgresif, rasa malu, ragi-ragu, pesimis, depresi, permusuhan, cenderung emosional, dan lemah dalam mengelola hubungan interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kondisi perasaan inferioritas peserta didik kelas XI SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan rancangan policy brief yang diperuntukkan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pemberian layanan dan booklet untuk peserta didik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) peserta didik kelas XI SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 berada pada kategori inferioritas normal; 2) aspek harga diri (self-regard) menjadi satu dari kelima aspek yang diteliti yang berada pada kategori inferioritas abnormal; 3) ditinjau dari kelas, latar belakang ekonomi, dan suku tidak terdapat perbedaan perasaan inferioritas yang dialami oleh peserta didik kelas XI SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024; 4) terdapat perbedaan anatar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA dan XI IPS. Inferiority Feeling on Adolescence (A Descriptive Study of Students in Grade XI of Pasundan 2 High School Bandung in the Academic Years of 2023/2024) Inferiority Feeling can be experienced by every individual, including students. Inferiority feeling are the main key, predictor, and have an important role in the emergence of the phenomenon of insecurity, self-comparison, self-ability, loneliness, asgressiveness, shyness, yeast-doubt, pessimism, depression, hostility, emotional tendency, and weak in managing interpersonal relationships. This study aimed to obtain an idea of the condition of the inferiority feelings among the students of grade XI of Pasundan 2 High School Bandung in the Academic Years of 2023/2024, which became the basic consideration of the policy brief program that is reserved for the guidance and counseling teacher in granting service and booklet for students. The approach that was used in this study is by quantitative approach with the research design being a survey. The population of this study is the students of grade XI of Pasundan 2 High School Bandung in the Academic Years 2023/2024. The sampling technique that was used is convenience sampling. The results of this study show that: 1) the students of grade XI Pasundan 2 High School Bandung in the Academic Years of 2023/2024 are in the category of normal inferiority; 2) the aspect of self-regard that becomes one of the five aspects that was being studied was in the category of abnormal inferiority; 3) in terms of class, economic background, and ethnicity, there is no inferiority feeling that is being experienced by the students of grade XI of Pasundan 2 High School Bandung in the Academic Years of 2023/2024; 4) there are differences between students of grade XI Science and grade XI Social.
