Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan model evaluasi program CIPP (context, input, process, product) pada program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 4 di Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan dan keluhan dari peserta program, DPL, dan guru pamong terkait sosialisasi dan implementasi program di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan mixed-method dan sequential explanatory design yang menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument utama dan wawancara sebagai alat pendukung. Penelitian ini melibatkan peserta program, DPL, dan Guru Pamong yang mewakili setiap sekolah. analisis data menggunakan uji rerata (weight mean score) dan analisis hasil wawancara. Hasil temuan sebagai berikut: 1) Dimensi konteks menunjukan hasil yang “sangat baik” (skor 4,3) dilihat dari kesesuaian esensi, tujuan, dan sasaran program. 2) Dimensi input juga menunjukan hasil yang tergolong “baik” (skor 3,8). Namun, muncul permasalahan pada salah satu indikator terkait peserta program dengan (skor 3,1) dan termasuk ke dalam kategori “kurang baik”. 3) Dimensi proses, menunjukan hasil dengan kategori “baik” (skor 4,01), namun ditemukan kendala pada salah satu indikator mengenai koordinasi dan komunikasi antara peserta, DPL, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/kota, dan sekolah penugasan. 4) Dimensi produk menunjukan hasil yang “sangat baik” dengan (skor 4,36). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan perbaikan dalam proses sosialisasi, monitoring, dan pembekalan program. The research was motivated by several problems and complaints from program participants, DPL, and teachers concerning program socialization and implementation in the field. The method employed in this research was descriptive analysis with a mixed method approach and a sequential explanatory design, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Data mining techniques included a questionnaire as the primary instrument and interviews as supporting tools. The research involved program participants, DPL, and teachers, representing each school assigned to the Kampus Mengajar Program. Data analysis involved the use of the weighted mean score test an analysis of the interview result. The findings were as follows: 1) the context dimension showed promising result with a score of 4.3, falling into the “very good” category. 2) the input dimension also displayed positive outcomes with a score of 3.8, classified as “good” however, an issue arose in one of the indicators related to program participants, which received a score of 3.1 and was categorized as “less good”. 3) concerning the process dimension, a good process was evident with a score of 4.01, falling into the “good” category. However, obstacles were found in one of the indicators regarding coordination and communication between participants, DPL, and the district/city education office, as well as assignment schools. 4) The product dimension showcased favorable result with score of 4.36, meeting the croteria for “very good”. Based on the findings, the researchers recommended improvements in program socialization, monitoring, and debriefing processes. Keywords: Program Evaluation, CIPP Model; Kampus Mengajar
