Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya siswa dalam kemampuan berbicara menggunakan bahasa Sunda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam berbicara pengalaman pribadi sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media Anchor, serta mengetahui apakah ada beda atawa tidak dalam kemampuan siswa dalam berbicara pengalaman pribadi sebelum dan sesuadah menggunakan media Anchor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kuasi eksperimen kepada siswa kelas VII-I SMP Negeri 43 Bandung dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Beradasarkan hasil penelitian hasil peneitian, rata-rata sebelem menggunakan media Anchor berada dalam kategori kurang dengan rata-rata 55,86. Sedangkan rata-rata sesudah menggunakan media Anchor berada dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata 85,79. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistika, nilai signifikansi (Sig-2tailed) menunjukan angka 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya, ada beda yang signifikan antara kemampuan berbicara pengalaman pribadi sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media Anchor. Kesimpulannya bahawa media Anchor efektif untuk kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran berbicara pengalaman pribadi. This research is motivated by the lack of students' ability to speak Sundanese. The purpose of this study was to describe students' ability to talk about personal experiences before and after using Anchor media, and to find out whether there was a difference or not in students' ability to talk about personal experiences before and after using Anchor media. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method for class VII-I students of SMP Negeri 43 Bandung with a pre-test and post-test design. Based on research results, the average before using Anchor media is in the incomplete category with an average of 55.86. While the average after using the Anchor media is in the complete category with an average of 85.79. Based on the statistical test results, the significance value (Sig-2tailed) shows the number 0.000 < 0.05. That is, there is a significant difference between the ability to speak personal experience before and after using Anchor media. The conclusion is that Anchor media is effective for students' abilities in learning to speak personal experience.
