Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Kinerja Pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Karawang. Kinerja pegawai merupakan peran penting dalam perkembangan dan pencapaian organisasi. Keberhasilan organisasi akan tercapai jika memiliki pegawai yang berkinerja baik. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, tetapi dalam penelitian ini hanya akan fokus pada Organizational Commitment dan Self Efficacy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran organizational commitment, self efficacy dan kinerja pegawai pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Karawang serta bagaimana organizational commitment dan self efficacy mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 52 pada pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t dan Uji-F. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil organizational commitment dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Karawang. This research focuses on the employee performance of BKPSDM Kabupaten Karawang. Employee performance is an important role in organizational development and achievement. Organizational success will be achieved if it has employees who perform well. Many factors affect performance, but in this study will only focus on Organizational Commitment and Self Efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of organizational commitment, self efficacy and employee performance at BKPSDM Karawang Regency and how organizational commitment and self efficacy affect employee performance. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with 52 respondents in employees. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t-test and f-test. This study found that organizational commitment and self efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BKPSDM employees in Karawang Regency.
