Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Diklat Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Diklat Di BBPPMPV Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri Kota Cimahi”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan diklat terhadap peserta diklat di lembaga BBPPMPV Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup yang disebar kepada 54 orang guru sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan diklat termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3,71 dan hasil perhitungan dengan mengunakan metode Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), menunjukan bahwa kepuasan peserta diklat termasuk pada kategori puas dengan skor 73,57. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel adalah berpengaruh, dengan hasil kualitas layanan diklat berpengaruh positif sebesar 76,2% terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat dan sisanya 23,8% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya, ditunjukan dengan hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t yang didapat adalah sebesar 12,903 > 1,674, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif dari kualitas layanan diklat terhadap kepuasan peserta diklat di BBPPMPV Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri Kota Cimahi. This research is entitled "The Influence of the Quality of Education and Training Services on the Satisfaction of Training Participants at BBPPMPV in the Field of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering in Cimahi City". In general, this study aims to determine the effect of the quality of training services on training participants at the BBPPMPV Institute for Machinery and Industrial Engineering in Cimahi City. The method used by researchers in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a closed questionnaire which was distributed to 54 teachers as the research sample. The results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS), show that the quality of training services is included in the very good category with a score of 3.71 and the results of calculations using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) method, show that training participant satisfaction is included in the satisfied category with a score of 73, 57. The results of hypothesis testing show that the relationship between the two variables is influential, with the results of the quality of education and training services having a positive effect of 76.2% on training participant satisfaction and the remaining 23.8% can be influenced by other factors. Furthermore, it is shown by the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t value obtained is 12.903 > 1.674, resulting in the conclusion that there is a positive significant influence of the quality of training services on the satisfaction of training participants at BBPPMPV in the City Industrial Machinery and Engineering Field Cimahi.
