Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Peserta Pelatihan Pembekalan Jabatan Fungsional Arsiparis di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh pelatihan terhadap pengembangan karir peserta pelatihan pembekalan jabatan fungsional arsiparis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data kuesioner. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS versi 26.0 for windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (Pelatihan) dan variabel Y (Pengembangan karir) berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y diperoleh hasil positif sebesar 0,591 menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang cukup kuat. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa dengan kaidah pengujian t hitung > t tabel 7,147 ≥ 1,661 maka Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tedapat pengaruh yang positif antara pelatihan dengan pengembangan karir peserta pelatihan pembekalan jabatan fungsional arsiparis. Dalam hasil uji determinasi variabel X memberikan kontribusi kepada variabel Y sebesar 35% dan 65% terdapat faktor lainnya. Serta hasil uji regresi yang menunjukkan 20,317 + 0,591 artinya apabila pelatihan meningkat 0,591 maka pengembangan karir juga akan meningkat 0,591. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan, yang artinya jika pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik maka akan berpengaruh baik juga terhadap pengembangan karir peserta pelatihan pembekalan jabatan fungsional arsiparis. This research is entitled "The Influence of Training on the Career Development of Participants in the Debriefing of Archivist Functional Positions at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province". In general, the purpose of this research is to describe the effect of training on the career development of training participants in the provision of archivist functional positions. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire data collection. Calculation analysis in this study used Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 26.0 for windows. The results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS) show that the average general trend for variable X (Training) and Y (Career Development) is in the very good category. The results of the correlation coefficient test between variables X and Y obtained a positive result of 0.591 indicating that the X and Y variables have a fairly strong correlation or relationship. The results of the significance test show that with the test rule t hitung > t tabel 7.147 ≥ 1.661, Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between training and career development of training participants in the provision of archivist functional positions. In the results of the determination test variable X contributes to variable Y by 35% and 65% there are other factors. As well as the results of the regression test showing 20.317 + 0.591 meaning that if training increases 0.591 then career development will also increase 0.591. The conclusion from this study is that training and career development have a significant positive effect, which means that if the training is carried out very well, it will also have a good effect on the career development of the training participants on the provision of archivist functional positions.
