Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan mengenai program Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada Kompetensi Siswa Kelas XI di SMK Bina Warga Bandung yang masih belum optimal. Dalam upaya melihat sejauh mana kompetensi yang dikuasai oleh siswa, khususnya perubahan kompetensi siswa setelah siswa mengikuti kegiatan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan guna mendukung efektivitas program Praktek Kerja Lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas implementasi program Praktek Kerja Lapangan dan untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan kompetensi siswa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada Kompetensi Siswa Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 96 siswa kelas XI Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test untuk melihat perbedaan kompetensi siswa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada Kompetensi Siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan berada pada kategori yang cukup efektif. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis mencerminkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan kompetensi siswa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan pada Kompetensi Siswa. Hasil analisis SWOT, EFAS, dan IFAS menunjukkan bahwa SMK Bina Warga Bandung dapat memanfaatkan rekomendasi strategi agresif dalam program Praktek Kerja Lapangan. This study examines the problems regarding the Field Work Practice program on the Competencies of Class XI Students at SMK Bina Warga Bandung which are still not optimal. In an effort to see the extent to which competencies are mastered by students, especially changes in student competence after students take part in the Field Work Practice program activities to support the effectiveness of the Field Work Practice program. The purpose of this study was conducted to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the Field Work Practice program and to find out whether there were differences in student competence before and after the implementation of the Field Work Practice program on the Competency of Students Majoring in Automation and Office Management at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The research method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale model. The total population is 96 class XI students of the Department of Office Automation and Management at SMK Bina Warga Bandung. The data analysis technique in this study used the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to see differences in student competence before and after the implementation of the Field Work Practice program on Student Competence. The results showed that the description of the implementation of the Field Work Practice program was in a fairly effective category. The results of the hypothesis test reflect the results that there are differences in student competence before and after the implementation of the Field Work Practice program on Student Competence. The results of the SWOT, EFAS, and IFAS analysis show that SMK Bina Warga Bandung can utilize aggressive strategy recommendations in the Field Work Practice program.
