Abstract
Abstrak Data penerimaan mahasiswa baru Pada 5 tahun terakhir di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Subang khususnya Prodi Arsitektur tidak pernah ada kenaikan, bahkan mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis, jumlahnya kurang dari 10 mahasiswa pada setiap tahunnya, padahal dari data yang diperoleh pada dinas Pendidikan Pemkab Subang jumlah lulusan sekolah SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Subang dari 2 tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan. Penurunan minat calon mahasiswa tersebut diduga karena pada saat ini prasarana pembelajaran yang ada khususnya Prodi Arsitektur kurang memadai dari segi Kualitas maupun Kuantitas sarana pembelajaran. Untuk mewujudkan sarana dan prasarana perkuliahan yang berkualitas diperlukan adanya integrasi antara kurikulum pembelajaran dengan ruang atau tempat perkuliahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kebutuhan Prodi Arsitektur berdasarkan kurikulum 2018 dengan cara mengklasifikasikan, mengategorikan isi dari kurikulum, membuat persentase dari muatan capaian pembelajaran luaran serta kompetensi utamanya, sehingga dapat di jadikan konsep perancangan sarana dan prasarana perkuliahan yang efektif dan efisien. Kriteria perancangan didapat dari kajian pustaka dan pendapat pengguna (Mahasiswa/Dosen/Staff) serta stakeholder yang berkaitan dengan fungsi ruangan atau ciri khas yang ada di Universitas Subang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya karakteristik ruang pembelajaran berupa prinsip dasar fasilitas ruang perkuliahan; Kealamian (Naturalness), Individualitas (Individualization), Tingkat Stimuli (Level of Stimulation), Fasilitas ITC (Information and Communications Technology). Dan faktor yang mempengaruhi desain ruang studio: Luasan ruang, bentuk tempat duduk, dimensi perabot, hal tersebut diperoleh dari karakteristik matakuliah kurikulum 2018 yang akan dijadikan panduan desain dalam menentukan ruang, jumlah ruang dan besaran ruang pembelajaran, sehingga dapat menarik calon mahasiswa baru untuk belajar di Prodi Arsitektur Universitas Subang, Kata kunci: Konten Analisis, Universitas Subang, Bangunan Pendidikan, Kurikulum 2018 Abstract Data on new student admissions In the last 5 years at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Subang, especially the Architecture Study Program, there has never been an increase, in fact there has been a very drastic decline, the number is less than 10 students each year, even though from data obtained from the Subang Regency Government Education Service the number of school graduates SMA/SMK in Subang Regency has increased over the last 2 years.The decline in interest of prospective students is thought to be because currently the existing learning infrastructure, especially the Architecture Study Program, is inadequate in terms of quality and quantity of learning facilities. To create quality lecture facilities and infrastructure, there is a need for integration between the learning curriculum and the lecture room or place. This research aims to look at the needs of the Architecture Study Program based on the 2018 curriculum by classifying, categorizing the content of the curriculum, making a percentage of the content of learning outcomes and main competencies, so that it can be used as a concept for designing effective and efficient lecture facilities and infrastructure. The design criteria were obtained from a literature review and opinions of users (Students/Lecturers/Staff) and stakeholders related to the function of the room or the characteristics of Subang University. The results of this research were the discovery of learning room characteristics in the form of basic principles of lecture room facilities; Naturalness, Individuality, Level of Stimulation, ITC (Information and Communications Technology) facilities. And factors that influence the design of the studio space: The size of the room, the shape of the seating, the dimensions of the furniture, these are obtained from the characteristics of the 2018 curriculum courses which will be used as a design guide in determining the space, number of rooms and size of the learning room, so that it can attract prospective new students to study. at the Architecture Study Program at Subang University, Keywords: Content Analysis, Subang University, Educational Buildings, 2018 Curriculum
