Abstract
Rizky Adzani (1901024), Pengaruh Knowledge Management dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat) di bawah bimbingan Dr. Rofi Rofaida S.P. M.Si dan Yoga Perdana, S.E, M.S.M. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja karyawan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Adapun kehadiran kinerja tentunya sangat berpengaruh penting bagi keberlangsungan tumbuh kembang organisasi serta apakah visi dan misinya berjalan dengan baik. Topik yang dipilih sebagai topik penelitian yakni knowledge management dan motivasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran bagaimana knowledge management, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh knowledge management dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 428 karyawan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan sampel sebanyak 89 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni koefisien korelasi dan determinan dilanjut dengan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan. Tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial pada kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Management, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan Rizky Adzani (1901024), The Influence of Knowledge Management and Motivation on Employee Performance (Study at the Office of Industry and Trade of West Java Province) under the guidance of Dr. Rofi Rofaida S.P. M.Si dan Yoga Perdana, S.E, M.S.M. This research focuses on the performance of employees at the Office of Industry and Trade of West Java Province, which is motivated by the low performance of employees at the Office of Industry and Trade of West Java Province. As for performance attendance, of course it is very important for the sustainability of organizational growth and development and whether its vision and mission are going well. The topics chosen as research topics are knowledge management and motivation. The purpose of this research is to describe how knowledge management, employee motivation and performance as well as the influence of knowledge management and motivation on employee performance in the the Office of Industry and Trade of West Java Province. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with a total population of 428 employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of West Java Province with a sample of 89 employees. The analysis technique used is the correlation coefficient and determinants followed by hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that knowledge management and motivation affect employee performance simultaneously. But it does not affect partially on employee performance.
