Abstract

Pelatihan model CEFE, memiliki fokus khusus pada peningkatan produktivitas melalui pengembangan keterampilan produksi dan manajerial pelaku UMKM. Khususnya pelaku UMKM di Kota Cimahi, pelatihan model CEFE ini telah diterapkan. Dampak pelatihan CEFE terhadap kemandirian secara behavior belum dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Menganalisis mengenai tahapan pelaksanaan program pelatihan model CEFE dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian pelaku UMKM, 2) Menganalisis bentuk kemandirian yang dihasilkan dari pelatihan model CEFE, 3) Menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi pelatihan model CEFE. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan partisipan dilakukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria pelaku UMKM di Kota Cimahi, partisipasi dalam program pelatihan CEFE baik sebagai peserta, penyelenggara dan fasilitator, ketersediaan waktu dan alumni peserta pelatihan yang masih aktif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang penyelenggara, 1 orang fasilitator dan 2 orang peserta pelatihan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisa menggunakan teori analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tahap pelaksanaan, Program pelatihan model CEFE yaitu: awareness/kesadaran, acceptance/penerimaan, pengembangan strategi, pengalaman langsung, serta transformasi dan perbaikan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan andragogi yang didesain menggunakan metode experiential learning process dan participative learning proses, yang lebih banyak menggunakan simulasi atau praktek dibanding teori. 2) Bentuk kemandirian yang dihasilkan dari Program pelatihan Model CEFE tidak hanya memebentuk kemandirian secara physically namun mampu menumbuhkan kemandirian behavior peserta pelatihan, artinya mereka mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi tanpa bergantung kepada orang lain, memiliki kepercayaan diri, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, berinisiatif sendiri, dan kontrol diri yang baik, sehingga mampu menumbuhkan kemandirian ekonomi, sosial, intelektual dan emosional. 3) Faktor pendukungnya adalah motivasi belajar peserta yang tinggi, rasa percaya diri, kehadiran fasilitator yang memiliki latar belakang akademis dan praktis menjembatani pemahaman teori dan praktik, kurikulum serta pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dan berbasis kompetensi. Faktor penghambatnya meliputi kurangnya instruktur profesional yang paham UMKM lokal, rendahnya pemahaman praktik, dan kendala infrastruktur menjadi penghambat. Peluang mengembangkan model CEFE untuk memandirikan usaha dan mendorong inovasi masih terbuka lebar melalui variasi peserta yang beragam, serta membangun kemitraan. The CEFE model training, has a special focus on increasing productivity through the development of production and managerial skills of MSME actors. Particularly MSME players in Cimahi City, this CEFE model training has been implemented. The impact of CEFE training on behavioral independence has not been carried out. The aims of this study were to: 1) Analyze the stages of implementing the CEFE model training program in fostering the independence of MSME actors, 2) Analyze the forms of independence resulting from the CEFE model training, 3) Analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the CEFE model training. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The selection of participants was carried out through a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of MSME players in Cimahi City, participation in the CEFE training program as participants, organizers and facilitators, availability of time and active alumni of training participants. The number of respondents in this study were 1 organizer, 1 facilitator and 2 training participants. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation with analytical techniques using the data analysis theory of Miles and Huberman's models. The results show that: 1) The implementation phase, the CEFE model training program, namely: awareness, acceptance, strategy development, direct experience, as well as transformation and improvement, using an andragogy approach designed using the experiential learning process method and participative learning process, who use more simulation or practice than theory. 2) The form of independence resulting from the CEFE Model training program does not only form physical independence but is able to foster independence in the behavior of the trainees, meaning that they are able to solve problems that occur without depending on others, have self-confidence, discipline, responsibility, own initiative, and good self-control, so as to foster economic, social, intellectual and emotional independence. 3) The supporting factors are the participants' high learning motivation, self-confidence, the presence of facilitators who have academic and practical backgrounds bridging understanding of theory and practice, curriculum and participatory and competency-based learning approaches. The inhibiting factors include the lack of professional instructors who understand local MSMEs, low understanding of practice, and infrastructure constraints being an obstacle. Opportunities to develop the CEFE model to become independent businesses and encourage innovation are still wide open through a wide variety of participants and building partnerships.
