Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif yang belum optimal di enam unit kerja bagian layanan perkantoran Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pengelolaan arsip dinamis merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh suatu instansi agar setiap informasi dan data penting dapat terjaga keamanan dan keautentikannya. Dalam mengelola arsip tersebut, tentunya keberadaan fasilitas arsip sangat dibutuhkan demi terlaksananya kegiatan pengelolaan arsip yang baik. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, maka dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelengkapan fasilitas kearsipan, tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kearsipan terhadap pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey melalui teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 45 orang pegawai bagian layanan perkantoran di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tingkat kelengkapan fasilitas kearsipan berada pada kategori cukup lengkap dan gambaran tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif berada pada kategori cukup efektif. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh hasil bahwa fasilitas kearsipan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan arsip dinamis aktif. The problem studied in this study is the management of active dynamic archives that has not been optimal in the six work units of the office services section of the BKKBN Representative Office in West Java Province. Management of dynamic archives is something that must be considered by an institution so that every important information and data can be maintained its security and authenticity. In managing these archives, of course, the existence of archive facilities is needed for the implementation of good archive management activities. Referring to this, this research was carried out with the aim of knowing the level of completeness of archival facilities, the level of effectiveness of active dynamic archive management and to determine the effect of archival facilities on active dynamic archive management at BKKBN Representatives of West Java Province. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through data collection techniques using questionnaires which were distributed to 45 employees of the office services section at the West Java BKKBN Representative Office. The results of data processing show that the description of the level of completeness of archival facilities is in the quite complete category and the description of the level of effectiveness of active dynamic archive management is in the category of quite effective. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results show that archival facilities have a positive and significant influence on the management of active dynamic archives.
