Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) pada materi reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi yang memenuhi kriteria tes yang layak digunakan untuk mengukur literasi membaca dan numerasi siswa SMA ditinjau dari segi validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan dan validasi. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu 3 dosen dan 2 guru kimia SMA sebagai validator serta 30 siswa kelas X di salah satu SMA di Kab. Bandung sebagai responden. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah instrumen AKM materi redoks yang terdiri dari 9 soal literasi membaca dan 18 soal literasi numerasi. Berdasarkan validitas isi, 27 soal dinyatakan valid dan 3 soal tidak valid, dan berdasarkan validitas empiris 24 soal valid dan 3 soal tidak valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas untuk bentuk soal objektif maupun soal uraian dinyatakan reliabel dengan kriteria tinggi. Hasil analisis butir soal jika ditinjau dari tingkat kesukaran yaitu terdapat 7 soal mudah, 18 soal sedang, dan 2 soal sukar, hal ini dinyatakan belum memenuhi proporsi tingkat kesukaran tes yang baik. Ditinjau dari uji daya pembeda soal AKM yang dikembangkan ini memiliki satu soal dengan kriteria kurang baik, dua soal dengan kriteria cukup, 10 soal dengan kriteria baik dan 14 soal dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil analisis tingkat kompetensi instrumen AKM menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi literasi membaca termasuk kategori dasar dengan indeks bias 1,69 dan literasi numerasi siswa termasuk kategori cakap dengan indeks bias 1,85. This study aims to produce a Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) instrument on reduction and oxidation reaction material that meets the appropriate test criteria to be used to measure high school students' reading literacy and numeracy in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and discrimination. The research method used is the development and validation method. The participants involved in this study were 3 lecturers and 2 high school chemistry teachers as validators and 30 class X students at one of the high schools in Kab. Bandung as the respondent. The product of this study is the AKM redox material instrument which consists of 9 reading literacy questions and 18 numeracy literacy questions. Based on content validity, 27 questions were declared valid and 3 questions were invalid, and based on empirical validity 24 questions were valid and 3 questions were invalid. The results of the reliability test for the form of objective questions and description questions were declared reliable with high criteria. The results of the analysis of the items when viewed from the level of difficulty, namely there are 7 easy questions, 18 medium questions, and 2 difficult questions, this is stated to have not fulfilled the proportion of the good test difficulty level. Judging from the test of distinguishing power, the AKM items developed have one item with poor criteria, two questions with sufficient criteria, 10 questions with good criteria and 14 questions with very good criteria. The results of the analysis of the competency level of the AKM instrument show that reading literacy competence is included in the basic category with a refractive index of 1.69 and students' numeracy literacy is in the proficient category with a refractive index of 1.85.
