    Tita Putri Astuti (2002751) "The Influence of Development Information Systems and Competence of Human Resources on the Employe’s Performance of Government Agencies (Studies in Local Government of Purwakarta Regency)", under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. A. Sobandi, M.Si., M.Pd and Dr. Alfira Sofia., ST. M.M

    Good planning is planning that is based on data and information, taking into account that development data will suit the needs, potentials, constraints, limitations and aspirations of the community. This is also as mandated in Law no. 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System that development planning is based on accurate and accountable data and information. The application of information systems and information technology can be said to be successful if it can improve employee performance, which in turn is able to improve employee performance. With the application of information systems and information technology, the Regional Government needs to prepare human resources (HR). In 2020 the Purwakarta Regional Government experienced a significant increase in performance, reaching 99.50% and included good criteria due to the covid 19 outbreak and finally in 2021 the final achievement of the performance of the Regional Government of Purwakarta Regency decreased by 9.3, namely to 90, 2%. This study aims to describe and measure how much influence development information systems and human resource competence have on employee performance in the Regional Government of Purwakarta Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is descriptive verification and field study method by distributing questionnaires, with a total sample of 47 respondents, namely the sub-head of the sub-head of sub-division of program development from each regional apparatus in the Purwakarta Regional Government. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that development information system variables are in the very high category, human resource competency variables are in the high category and employee performance variables are also in the high category. There is influence between development information systems and human resource competencies on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. With this research, there is a suggestion for the government, namely that the government and heads of regional apparatus should be able to provide technical guidance or provide useful training for employees in a clear and detailed manner, so as to make it easier for users to carry out their respective duties and functions which will produce maximum output.
