Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa melalui pembelajaran dengan menerapkan LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada subtopik kapasitas larutan penyangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian one-group-pretest-posttest-design. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMA di Kota Cimahi, dengan melibatkan partisipan sebanyak 25 orang siswa kelas XI dan 5 orang validator, yang terdiri dari tiga orang dosen dan dua orang guru kimia. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi keterampilan proses sains, soal pretest dan posttest, serta angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan indikator keterampilan proses sains siswa dalam pembelajaran terlaksana dengan sangat baik, dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 84,20%. Peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa pada subtopik kapasitas larutan penyangga termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,71. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dikategorikan baik dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 77,38%. Kata Kunci: keterampilan proses sains, LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing, kapasitas larutan penyangga ABSTRACT This research aims to improve students' science process skills through learning by applying guided inquiry-based practicum worksheets on the buffer solution capacity subtopic. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative research with one-group-pretest-posttest-design. The research was conducted at a high school in Cimahi, involving 25 students of class XI and 5 validators, consisting of three lecturers and two teachers. The research instruments were used science process skill observation sheets, pretest and posttest questions, and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of the students' science process skill indicators in learning was very good implemented with an average percentage of 84.20%. Improvement of students' science process skills in the subtopic of buffer capacity was in the high category with an N-gain value of 0.71. Student responses to learning using guided inquiry-based practicum worksheets were categorized as good with an average percentage of 77,38%.
