Abstract

Fatherless menarik untuk dicermati mengenai fenomena ini dimana seorang anak berada pada kondisi tidak mempunyai figur atau sosok ayah di hidupnya. Anak cenderung kehilangan hak yang harusnya mereka dapatkan dari seorang ayah yaitu seperti peran penting sosok ayah dimana ia ditinggal karena kondisi meninggal atau ditinggal karena bercerai. Seorang anak dikatakan memiliki kondisi fatherless jika ia tidak merasakan hubungan dengan ayahnya kemudian merasa sendiri dan merasa telah kehilangan arah yang harusnya ara itu dikomandani oleh sosok ayah dihidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar keterkaitan dan pengaruh yang signifikan dari kasus Fatherless terhadap kenakalan remaja yang terjadi pada siswa SMAN 3 Palembang. Fatherless ini sendiri menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kenakalan remaja, sesuai dengan hasil dari rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 36 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria sampel yang memiliki riwayat kenakalan remaja dan fatherless. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat keterkaitan antara fenomena fatherless dengan kenakalan remaja yang terjadi. Kemudian hasil menunjukan bahwa fenomena fatherless memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kenakalan remaja. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat fenomena kehilangan sosok ayah atau fatherless, semakin meningkat juga tingkat kenakalan remaja yang terjadi pada anak-anak. Fatherlessness is interesting to observe regarding this phenomenon where a child is in a condition where he does not have a figure or father figure in his life. Children tend to lose the rights they should get from a father, namely the important role of a father figure where he is left behind due to death or because of divorce. A child is said to be fatherless if he does not feel a connection with his father and then feels alone and feels that he has lost the direction that should be led by a father figure in his life. This research aims to find out how much connection and significant influence the Fatherless phenomenon has on juvenile delinquency that occurs among students at SMAN 3 Palembang. The Fatherless phenomenon itself is one of the factors causing juvenile delinquency, according to the results of the problem formulation in this research. The research method used in this study is an descriptive quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The sample taken was 36 students who were selected based on sample criteria who had a history of juvenile delinquency and were fatherless. The results obtained from this study are that there is a link between the fatherless phenomenon and the juvenile delinquency that occurs. Then the results show that the fatherless has a positive and significant influence on juvenile delinquency. This means that the higher the level of the phenomenon of losing a father figure or fatherlessness, the higher the level of juvenile delinquency that occurs in children.
