Abstract

Tingginya kemiskinan yang dialami negara Indonesia merupakan suatu permasalahan yang selalu dikaitkan dengan kesejahteraan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran serta pengaruh dari pendayagunaan zakat produktif, etos kerja, dan pengalaman usaha terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik yang mengikuti program Desa Ternak Mandiri DT Peduli tasikmalaya. Metode yang dipakai yakni prosedur pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Bentuk alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Adapun responden dari penelitian ini adalah mustahik yang mengikuti program Desa Ternak Mandiri dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan zakat produktif, etos kerja, pengalaman usaha, dan kesejahteraan mustahik berada pada kategori tinggi. Selain itu, variabel pendayagunaan zakat produktif dan pengalaman usaha memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mustahik mampu mengelola dana yang diperoleh untuk membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraanya dan pengalaman yang dimiliki oleh mustahik sudah cukup sehingga dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Sedangkan etos kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam serta pengetahuan yang baru mengenai kesejahteraan mustahik melalui pendayagunaan zakat produktif, etos kerja yang kuat, dan pengalaman dalam dunia usaha. The high poverty rate experienced by Indonesia is a persistent issue often linked to welfare concern. The objective of this research is to examine the overview and influence of productive zakat utilization, work ethics, and business experience on the welfare of mustahik (beneficiaries) participating in the DT Peduli Tasikmalaya's Independent Livestock Village program. The research employs a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing procedures using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS. The respondents in this study are mustahik who participate in the Independent Livestock Village program, with a total sample size of 113 respondents. The research results indicate that the utilization of productive zakat, work ethic, business experience, and the well-being of beneficiaries are in the high category. Furthermore, the variables of productive zakat utilization and business experience have a positive influence on the well-being of beneficiaries.. This suggests that mustahik can manage the funds they receive to improve their well-being and that their existing experience enables them to carry out their work effectively. However, work ethics do not significantly affect the welfare of mustahik. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding and new insights into the well-being of mustahik through the use of productive zakat, strong work ethics, and business experience.
