    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh Job Demand terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan milenial di PT. “X” Kota Surabaya. Metode studi populasi digunakan untuk mengakomodasi seluruh populasi yaitu 266 karyawan milenial di perusahaan tersebut sebagai partisipan penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Peneliti menggunakan skala yang dirancang oleh Bakker dan Demerouti untuk mengukur Job Demand (Lubis, 2019), dan skala yang disusun oleh Mobley untuk mengukur Turnover Intention (Setialestari, 2015). Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0,05). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa job demand berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi yang paling menentukan dalam job demand pada perusahaan tersebut adalah Mental Demands, dan dimensi Intention to Search pada Turnover Intention. pada penelitian ini, demografi seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan terakhir, jabatan & divisi, dan masa kerja tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dalam uji beda yang telah dilakukan. :
    This study aims to investigate the influence of job demand on turnover intention among millennial employees at PT. “X” in Surabaya City. The population study method was utilized to include all 266 millennial employees in the company as research participants. Data were collected through an online questionnaire that has been validated and tested for reliability. Researcher used the scale designed by Bakker and Demerouti to measure job demand (Lubis, 2019), and the scale developed by Mobley to measure turnover intention (Setialestari, 2015). Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of the data analysis indicate that job demand has a positive influence on turnover intention. The research findings reveal that the most determining dimensions of job demand in the company are Mental Demands, and the Intention to Search dimension in Turnover Intention. Demographic factors such as age, gender, highest education level, position & division, and length of employment did not show significant differences in the conducted comparative tests.
