Abstract

Disertasi ini dimaksudkan melahirkan produk model pembelajaran, yakni tersusunnya model Pembelajaran Resolusi konflik berbasis Kearifan Lokal Sabilulungan (PRK-BKLS). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, menggunakan desain Model ADDIE (Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluations). Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara: 1). observasi, 2) wawancara, 3). kuisioner, 4). observasi kelas, 5). eksperimen, 6). tes awal (pre-test), dan tes akhir (postest), 7). angket respon siswa, 8). angket respon guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desain awal produk Model PRK-BKLS dilakukan melalui 7 tahapan : 1) mengidentifikasi capaian pembelajaran resolusi konflik, 2) analisis kurikulum dan pembelajaran, 3) menganalisis tingkah laku dan karakteristik siwa SD, 4) analisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sabilulungan, 5). merancang proses pembelajaran. 6) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, 7) revisi terhadap program pembelajaran. Hasil desain validasi Model PRK-BKLS yang valid dan efektif menghasilkan sintak model, terdiri dari 5 tahapan: 1). tahap pencarian, 2) penalaran logika, 3). membangun kesepakatan, 4) pengambilan keputusan, 5) refleksi resolusi konflik. Selanjutnya hasil uji prototipe PRK-BKLS, berdasarkan analisis data uji coba skala kecil didapat rata-rata persentase sangat baik. Dengan demikian model PRK-BKLS efektif digunakan dalam membangun keterampilan sosial siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil validasi model berdasarkaan aspek yang dinilai melalui uji coba lapangan terbatas hasilnya sangat layak digunakan terhadap proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Hasil validasi model PRK-BKLS dalam membangun kompetensi keterampilan sosial siswa SD, melalui uji coba lapangan berdasarkan aspek yang dinilai maka model dapat dinilai sangat layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa penting bagi guru sebagai pengembang kurikulum, sekolah secara institusional dan studi pengembangan dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran sosial bernuansa kedamaian, humanistik dan toleran berbasis nilai-nilai luhur yang dapat digali di tengah kehidupan masyarakat tradisional Sunda Jawa Barat This dissertation is intended to produce a learning model product, namely the formulation of the Sabilulungan Local Wisdom-Based Conflict Resolution Learning Model (PRK-BKLS). The method used in this study is Research and Development, using the ADDIE Model design (Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluations). Data collection techniques by: 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) questionnaires, 4) class observations, 5) experiments, 6) pre-test, and post-test, 7) questionnaire. The initial design of the PRK-BKLS Model, a standard product in the form of an academic manuscript has been produced through expert testing, the result is that the model is suitable for use with a high level of validity. The initial design of the model produces syntax, consisting of stages 1) search, 2) logical reasoning, 3) agreement building, 4) decision making, 5) conflict resolution reflection. The results of the validation of the PRK-BKLS model are feasible for field trials on a limited scale and field trials with revisions according to suggestions. The results of the prototype model test can be obtained with effective results in building social skills for students. The test results of the prototype model can be seen to be able to improve social skills in collaborating, responding and listening to opinions, critical thinking, accepting differences, self-control, empathy guided by the values of Sabilulungan. The results of the field validation test, the model is feasible to use, the average percentage of teacher responses is very good. The model is considered very feasible to use, the average result is from a very good percentage of student responses. This study recommends that it is important for teachers as curriculum developers, institutional schools and development studies in implementing social learning models with peaceful, humanistic and tolerant nuances based on noble values that can be explored in the life of the traditional Sundanese people of West Java.
