Abstract
Keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan self efficacy perlu ditingkatkan supaya dapat
bersaing pada era revolusi 4.0. Siswa di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya menguasai
keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan self efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan self efficacy siswa
melalui penerapan STEM-PjBL pada materi dinamika rotasi dan kesetimbangan
benda tegar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif
dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah
30 orang siswa pada salah satu SMA di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan
yaitu lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pemberlajaran, tes keterampilan berpikir
kreatif dan angket self efficacy siswa. Keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa
meningkat dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,55 pada kategori sedang. Sementara, self
efficacy siswa meningkat dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,14 pada kategori rendah.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran STEM-PjBL dapat meningkatkan
keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan self efficacy siswa pada materi dinamika rotasi
dan kesetimbangan benda tegar.

Creative thinking skills and self-efficacy need to be improved so that they can
compete in the 4.0 revolution era. Students in Indonesia have not fully mastered
creative thinking skills and self-efficacy. This study aims to analyze the
improvement of students' creative thinking skills and self-efficacy through the
application of STEM-PjBL on rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium
material. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a one-group
pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study amounted 30 students at a high
school in Bandung. The instruments used were observation sheets of learning
implementation, tests of creative thinking skills and student self-efficacy
questionnaires. Students' creative thinking skills increased with an N-gain value of
0.55 in the medium category. Meanwhile, students' self-efficacy increased with an
N-gain value of 0.14 in the low category. It can be concluded that STEM-PjBL
learning can improve students' creative thinking skills and self-efficacy in
rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium material.
