Abstract

UMKM merupakan singkatan dari Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. UMKM Syasweater Collection merujuk pada kategori bisnis atau usaha yang memiliki skala kecil hingga menengah dalam aset, pendapatan, dan jumlah karyawan. Syasweater Collection yaitu konveksi yang memproduksi pakaian rajut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mempergunakan data yang dinyatakan secara verbal dan kualifikasinya bersifat teoritis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Syasweater Collection dalam menggunakan e-commerce untuk peningkatan penjualannya yaitu menggunakan platform ecommerce Shopee dan Lazada. Dari kedua platform yang digunakan UMKM ini lebih banyak penjualannya melalui Shopee dengan angka penghasilan tahunan pada tahun 2022 Rp 862.855.150, penghasilan yang di dapatkan masih termasuk kedalam penghasilan kotor. Potensi penggunaann e-commerce dalam penjualan berpotensi besar karena dari angka penjualnya sangat besar. Dampak dari penggunaan e-commerce yang di alami oleh UMKM Syasweater Collection yaitu dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Dampak positifnya seperti meningkatnya hasil penjualan, jangkauan pasar yang luas, dan lebih efisien. Dampak negatif yang dialami yaitu rentan terjadinya pencurian data, kendala teknis, persaingan pasar yang banyak dan luas. Kata kunci: Dampak e-commerce, UMKM, potensi e-commerce, peningkatan penjualan. ----- MSMEs is an abbreviation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. MSMEs Syasweater Collection refers to the category of businesses or businesses that have small to medium scale in assets, income, and number of employees. Syasweater Collection, a convection that produces knitwear. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by using data that is stated verbally and the qualifications are theoretical. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Syasweater Collection uses e-commerce to increase its sales by using the Shopee and Lazada e-commerce platforms. Of the two platforms used by MSMEs, most of their sales are through Shopee with an annual income figure in 2022 of IDR 862,855,150, the income earned is still included in gross income. The potential for using e-commerce in sales has great potential because the number of sellers is very large. The impact of the use of e-commerce experienced by Syasweater Collection MSMEs, namely the positive impact and negative impact. The positive impacts include increased sales results, a wider market reach, and more efficiency. The negative impacts experienced were vulnerability to data theft, technical constraints, a large and wide market competition.
