Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model supervisi rekan sejawat untuk mengembangkan identitas profesional guru BK. Model supervisi dikembangkan menggunakan bentuk supervisi kelompok rekan sejawat atau peer group supervision. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mixed method dengan design embedded experimental design. Penelitian dikembangkan melalui lima tahapan. Pertama, mengembangkan model supervisi rekan sejawat berdasarkan sintesis teoritias dan uji ahli. Kedua, pengumpulan data indentitas profesional guru BK dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Ketiga, inetervensi model supervisi rekan sejawat. Keempat, melihat dampak dan interpretasi pelaksanaan intervensi model supervisi rekan sejawat. Kelima, menghasilkan model akhir supervisi rekan sejwat untuk mengembangkan identitas profesional. Uji coba ini menggunakan metode single subject deisgn untuk melihat efek intervensi terhadap identitas profesional dan teknik pertanyaan nartif, rekaman intervensi observasi fasilitator dan refleksi diri untuk melihat perubahan secara kualitatif. Partisipan penelitian yang terlibat yaitu guru BK Provinsi Banten, dengan jumlah 252 guru BK dan lima guru BK terlibat partisipan intervensi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model supervisi rekan sejawat terbukti layak untuk mengembangkan identitas profesional guru BK dan menghasilkan model akhir supervisi rekan sejawat untuk mengembangkan identitas profesional. Model tersebut terdiri atas komponen rasional, landasan hukum, tujuan, tinjauan filosofi dan asumsi dasar, karakteristik supervisor dan supervisee rekan sejawat, relasi antar supervisor dan supervisee rekan sejawat, peran dan tahapan, sasaran intervensi, teknik round robin dan descriptive metahors,dan evaluasi. || This study aims to develop a model of supervision to develop the professional identity of counseling teachers. The supervision model was developed using the form of peer group supervision. The approach used in this research is mixed method with embedded experimental design. The study was developed through five stages. First, create a peer supervision model based on theoretical synthesis and expert testing. Second, collecting data on the professional identity of counseling teachers is carried out using a quantitative and qualitative approach. Third, the intervention model of peer supervision. Fourth, look at the impact and interpretation of the implementation of peer supervision model interventions. Fifth, produce a final peer supervision model to develop a professional identity. This trial uses the single-subject design method to see the effect of the intervention on professional identity and the technique of narrative questions, recordings of the facilitator's intervention observations, and self-reflection to see changes qualitatively. The research participants were counseling teachers from Banten Province, with 252 and five counseling teachers involved in the intervention. The research findings show that the peer supervision model is feasible for developing BK teachers' professional identity and produces the final peer supervision model for developing professional identity. The model consists of rational components, legal basis, objectives, philosophical review, basic assumptions, characteristics of supervisors and supervisee colleagues, relations between supervisors and supervisee colleagues, roles and stages, intervention objectives, round robin technique and descriptive metaphors, and evaluation.
