Abstract

Prestasi belajar secara garis besar dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yakni faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Salah satu faktor eksternal adalah fasilitas belajar, serta salah satu faktor internal adalah motivasi belajar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X konsentrasi keahlian Intrumentasi dan Otomatisasi Proses (IOP) di SMKN 1 Cimahi, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X konsentrasi keahlian Intrumentasi dan Otomatisasi Proses (IOP) di SMKN 1 Cimahi, serta mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X konsentrasi keahlian Intrumentasi dan Otomatisasi Proses (IOP) di SMKN 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini didasari pada observasi awal dan wawancara kepada Bapak Agus Rahmat., S. Pd., M. Pd., selaku guru mata pelajaran dasar-dasar elektronika yang menyatakan bahwa fasilitas belajar masih kurang mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran serta kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa yang menyebabkan kurangnya antusias siswa dalam menerima materi serta menyelesaikan tugas yang telah diberikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X konsentrasi keahlian Instrumentasi dan Otomatisasi Proses (IOP) di SMKN 1 Cimahi sebanyak 72 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi dan menyebarkan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar dengan persentase sebasar 9,7%, motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar dengan persentase sebesar 13,6%, serta fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar dengan persentase sebesar 15.4 %. Learning achievement is broadly influenced by two factors, namely external factors and internal factors. One of the external factors is learning facilities, and one of the internal factors is learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning facilities on student achievement in class X concentrating on Instrumentation and Process Automation (IOP) expertise at SMKN 1 Cimahi, to determine the effect of learning motivation on student achievement in class X concentrating on Instrumentation and Process Automation (IOP) expertise at SMKN 1 Cimahi, and the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation simultaneously on student achievement in class X concentrating on Instrumentation and Process Automation (IOP) expertise at SMKN 1 Cimahi. This research is based on preliminary observations and interviews with Mr. Agus Rahmat., S. Pd., M. Pd., as a teacher of the basics of electronics who stated that learning facilities were still not supportive in the learning process and the lack of student learning motivation caused the lack of enthusiasm of students in receiving theory and completing the assignments that have been given. This research is a correlation research with a quantitative approach method. The population and sample in this study were class X students concentrating on Instrumentation and Process Automation (IOP) expertise at SMKN 1 Cimahi with a total of 72 students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS 20 application. The results show that learning facilities have a positive influence on learning achievement with a percentage of 9.7%, learning motivation has a positive influence on learning achievement with a percentage of 13.6%, as well as learning facilities and learning motivation have a positive influence simultaneously on learning achievement with a percentage of 15.4%.
