Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational withdrawal behavior pada karyawan generasi milenial. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling, dengan jumlah 368 orang karyawan milenial di Kota Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan alat ukur kepuasan kerja yang diadaptasi oleh Rachmi (2021), dan alat ukur organizational withdrawal behavior yang diadaptasi oleh Tiaramadhinna (2018). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap organizational withdrawal behavior. Artinya, apabila tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan meningkat, maka organizational withdrawal behavior yang dilakukan karyawan akan menurun. This study seeks to examine the influence of job satisfaction on organizational withdrawal behavior among millennial employees. Employing a correlational quantitative approach, the research design involves a non-probability sampling technique known as accidental sampling, involving a total of 368 millennial employees in Jakarta. The data collection was carried out using a job satisfaction scale (JSS) adapted by Rachmi (2021), and an organizational withdrawal behavior scale adapted by Tiaramadhinna (2018). The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression with a significance level α = 0,05. The results showed that job satisfaction has a negative effect on organizational withdrawal behavior. In other words, when the perceived level of job satisfaction among employees increases, the organizational withdrawal behavior exhibited by employees will decrease.
