Abstract
ABSTRAK Keterampilan berpikir kritis menjadi salah satu keterampilan yang dibutuhkan setiap orang di abad 21. Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, keterampilan berpikir kritis menjadi salah satu capaian yang diharapkan dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Materi ajar SMA yang bersifat abstrak, kompleks, dan tidak bisa dipraktikumkan seperti sistem imun menuntut guru dapat membelajarkan materi dengan model pembelajaran yang tepat, salah satunya model pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create). Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi hasil analisis penerapan model pembelajaran RADEC untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik SMA pada materi sistem imun, khususnya mengenai gangguan sistem imun. Penelitian menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan one-group pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 34 peserta didik kelas XI. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran RADEC tentang materi sistem imun, soal pretest dan posttest keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran RADEC terlaksana dengan sangat baik (92,7%), peserta didik mengalami peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis sebelum (69,68%) dan setelah (85,65%) kegiatan pembelajaran, peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik tergolong sedang (0,537), dan peserta didik memberikan respon positif dengan kategori baik (77%) terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran RADEC. In the Kurikulum Merdeka, critical thinking skills are one of the expected achievements in the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. High school teaching materials that are abstract, complex, and cannot be practiced such as immune systems require teachers to be able to teach material with the right learning model, one of which is the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) learning model. This study aims to obtain data on the results of analyzing the application of the RADEC learning model to improve the critical thinking skills of high school students on immune system material, especially regarding immune system disorders. The research used pre-experimental method with one-group pretest-postest design. The study involved 34 students of grade XI as the participant. The instruments used include RADEC learning model implementation sheet, critical thinking skills pretest and posttest questions, and student response questionnaire. The results showed that the RADEC learning model was implemented very well (92.7%), students experienced an increase in critical thinking skills before (69.68%) and after (85.65%) learning activities, the increase in students' critical thinking skills was moderate (0.537), and students gave a positive response in the good category (77%) to the application of the RADEC learning model.
