Abstract

UPAYA MENGEMBANGKAN KETERAMPILAN MOTORIK HALUS ANAK USIA 5 – 6 TAHUN MELALUI KEGIATAN MEMBUAT KERAJINAN KOLASE DUA DIMENSI Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keterampilan motorik halus anak sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap individu atau manusia. Manusia pasti akan melakukan gerakan baik itu menggunakan otot besar atau pun kecil. Kegiatan bermain bagi anak memiliki fungsi untuk membantu memberikan kesenangan dan kepuasan, serta kegiatan yang edukatif dalam membantu suatu proses perkembangan motorik halus. Salah satunya kerajinan kolase dua dimensi ialah salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui efektivitas kerajinan kolase dua dimensi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif melalui pendekatan Kuasi Eksperimen (eksperimen semu), dengan desain Non Equivalent Control Group Design dipilih dengan subjek penelitian siswa disalah satu TK X Kabupaten Purwakarta sebanyak 15 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui lembar observasi perkembangan motorik halus kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan uji T Test Independent signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara keterampilan motorik halus anak yang diberikan perlakuan kerajinan kolase dua dimensi dengan perlakuan secara konvensional, serta hasil uji N-Gain kelompok eksperimen sebesar 0,6 termasuk kategori sedang, dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,1 termasuk kategori rendah. ----- This research is motivated by the importance of children's fine motor skills that are needed by every individual or human being. Humans will certainly make good movements using large or small muscles. Playing activities for children have a function to help provide pleasure and satisfaction, as well as educational activities in helping a process of fine motor development. One of the two-dimensional collage crafts is a way to develop children's fine motor skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of two-dimensional collage crafts to develop children's fine motor skills before and after being given treatment. This study uses a Quantitative method through a Quasi-Experimental (quasi-experimental) approach. With the Non Equivalent Control Group Design design, 15 experimental groups and 15 control groups were selected as research subjects in one of Kindergarten X, Purwakarta Regency. The data were obtained through fine motor development observation sheets and then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis methods. The results of this study are based on the T Test Independent test of significance of 0.000 which indicates that there is a difference between the fine motor skills of children who are given the two-dimensional collage craft treatment and the conventional treatment. as well as the experimental group's N-Gain test results of 0.6 including the medium category, and the control group of 0.1 including the low category
