Individual strength in dealing with and reducing the impact of stress is through resilience. Resilience plays the role of an individual's ability to assess, overcome, and improve himself or change himself from adversity or adversity in life towards normal self-functioning. The research objective was to determine the resilience profile, formulation, and effectiveness of Classical Experiential Learning guidance to develop the resilience of students at the University of Perjuangan. A quantitative approach through quasi-experimental research methods with pretest–posttest control group design was used in this study. The instrument used was a student resilience questionnaire with 20 items. The research was conducted on undergraduate students aged 18-22 years using a purposive sampling technique. The resultsshowed that classical guidance based on experiential learning was effective for developing student resilience. Recommendations are addressed to counselors in tertiary institutions so that they can apply Experiential Learning guidance to develop resilience by developing resilience indicators tailored to students' needs and characteristics. This research is expected to be able to develop the latest studies related to Experiential Learning and resilience in a comprehensive manner based on the findings of this study
