Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pemelajar bahasa Korea yang banyak menggunakan adverbia ketika menulis karangan, namun dalam penggunaan adverbia pada karangan tersebut masih terdapat kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan adverbia yang terdapat pada karangan narasi mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Korea angkatan 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, serta pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode teknik studi dokumen dan teknik catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adverbia karangan narasi ditemukan sebanyak 248 kali. Adverbia penghubung kalimat ditemukan sebanyak 54 kali. Adverbia waktu ditemukan sebanyak 46 kali. Adverbia modalitas ditemukan sebanyak 14 adverbia. Adverbia kuantitas ditemukan sebanyak 29 kali. Adverbia negasi ditemukan sebanyak 6 kali. Adverbia proses ditemukan sebanyak 13 kali. Adverbia derajat ditemukan sebanyak 86 kali. Selain ditemukan penggunaan adverbia, pada karangan narasi mahasiswa ditemukan juga kekurangtepatan dalam menggunakan adverbia. Adverbia pada karangan narasi yang penggunnaanya kurang tepat adalah adverbia penghubung kalimat, adverbia waktu, adverbia modalitas, dan adverbia derajat. Adverbia penghubung kalimat yang kurang tepat ditemukan sebanyak 10 kali. Adverbia waktu yang kurang tepat ditemukan sebanyak 1 kali. Adverbia modalitas yang kurang tepat ditemukan sebanyak 1 kali. Adverbia derajat yang kurang tepat ditemukan sebanyak 20 kali. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana mahasiswa menggunakan adverbia pada karangan narasi, sehingga dapat digunakan dalam menentukan teknik atau metode pembelajaran bahasa Korea. This research was conducted due to the phenomenon of Korean language learners who often use adverbs when writing essays, however, there are still faults in adverb usage in these writings. This study aims to determine the use of adverbs in the narrative essay written by Korean Language Education students of the academic year 2020. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research, and data collection is done through document study techniques and note-taking techniques. The results show that adverbs were found 248 times in narrative essays. Adverbs of time were found 46 times. Modal adverbs were found 14 times. Adverbs of quantity were found 29 times. Adverbs of process were found 13 times. Adverbs of negation were found six times. Adverbs of degree were found 86 times. In addition to the use of adverbs, the narrative essays by the students also showed inaccuracies in the use of adverbs. Inaccurate use of sentence-connecting adverbs was found 10 times. Inaccurate use of adverbs of time was found once. Inaccurate use of modal adverbs was found once. Inaccurate use of adverbs of degree was found 20 times. This research is done in hopes of helping describe how students of how Korean Language Education students of the academic year 2020 use adverbs in their narratives essay.
