    PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS ANDROID MATERI POUR BATTER SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN
    PRODUK PASTRY DAN BAKERY DI SMK

    ABSTRAK
    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya temuan 37,5% siswa yang mendapat nilai di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) pada Mata Pelajaran Produk Pastry dan Bakery materi Pour Batter di SMK YPPS Sumedang. Hasil pengamatan penulis semua komponen pembelajaran sudah terpenuhi, namun penggunaan media pembelajaran belum maksimal. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana cara mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis Android materi pour batter sebagai media pembelajaran Produk Pastry dan Bakery. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain multimedia interaktif berbasis android yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi siswa SMK. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan research & development dengan model DDD-E yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Decide, Design, Develop dan Evaluate. Tahap decide dilakukan penentuan tujuan pembelajaran dan garis besar materi. Tahap design dilakukan perancangan outline content, flowchart, tampilan multimedia dan storyboard. Tahap develop dilakukan pembuatan dan penggabungan asset media. Tahap Evaluate dilakukan validasi oleh ahli dari aspek konten, konstruk dan bahasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu desain multimedia interaktif berbasis android materi pour batter yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli dan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi siswa SMK. Penelitian ini dapat dikaji lebih dalam oleh peneliti lain untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dan realibilitas desain multimedia yang dihasilkan.

    ABSTRACT
    This research was motivated by the finding of 37.5% of students who scored below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in Pastry and Bakery Products Subjects Pour Batter material at SMK YPPS Sumedang. The results of the author's observations of all learning components have been met, but the use of learning media has not been qualified. The problem discussed in this study is how to develop interactive multimedia based on Android pour batter material as a learning medium for Pastry and Bakery Products. This study aims to produce an Android-based interactive multimedia design that is suitable for vocational students as a learning medium. The research method uses a research & development approach with the DDD-E model, which consists of 4 stages: Decide, Design, Develop and Evaluate. At the decision stage, the learning objectives and the outline of the material are determined. The content outline, flowchart, multimedia display and storyboard are designed at the design stage. At the development stage, the creation and merging of media assets are carried out. At the Evaluate stage, validation is carried out by experts from the aspect of content, construct, and language. This research results in an interactive multimedia design based on Android pour batter material that has been validated by experts and declared suitable for use as a learning medium for vocational students. This research can be studied more deeply by other researchers to determine the level of effectiveness and reliability of the resulting multimedia design.
