Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan hasil belajar mahasiswa FPEB UPI angkatan 2021, rata-rata IPK beberapa program studi masih belum optimal, serta didukung adanya gap penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh integrasi akademik dan integrasi sosial terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum integrasi akademik, integrasi sosial dan hasil belajar mahasiswa, serta mengetahui pengaruh integrasi akademik dan integrasi sosial terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FPEB UPI angkatan 2021 sebanyak 597 mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dan dengan penghitungan Slovin didapatkan sampel sebanyak 239 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan; (i) Tingkat integrasi akademik dan integrasi sosial berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat hasil belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi; (ii) Tingkat integrasi akademik berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa; (iii) Tingkat integrasi sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Integrasi Akademik, Integrasi Sosial, Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa ABSTRACT This research is based on the problem of student learning outcomes of FPEB UPI batch 2021, the average IPK of several study programs is still not optimal, and is supported by previous research gaps regarding the effect of academic integration and social integration on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the general description of academic integration, social integration and student learning outcomes, and to determine the effect of academic integration and social integration on student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were FPEB UPI students batch 2021 as many as 597 students. By using random sampling technique and by calculating Slovin, a sample of 239 students was obtained. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Research results show; (i) The level of academic integration and social integration is in the medium category, and the level of student learning outcomes is in the high category; (ii) The level of academic integration has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (iii) The level of social integration has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
