Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk tuturan, daya tuturan, implikatur, dan tingkat validitas dalam opini warganet tentang K-Pop di Twitter yang diduga mengandung unsur kebencian. Data diambil dari kolom balasan suatu tweet yang menjadi forum diskusi warganet tentang unpopular opinion terkait K-Pop, dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang menentukan beberapa kriteria data saat dikumpulkan. Adapun teknik dokumentasi, yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data berupa tangkapan layar sebagai arsip. Kemungkinan temuan adalah bentuk tuturan ilokusi yang bersifat asertif atau berbentuk penilaian. Tuturan diduga memiliki makna tersirat, contohnya seperti kebencian berkedok opini. Namun, selain dari bentuk tuturan, daya tuturan, dan implikatur, masih perlu diukur tingkatan validitas yang meliputi preparatory conditions, sincerity conditions, dan illocutionary act, mengacu pada hukum. Kata kunci: daya tuturan, implikatur, ujaran kebencian, opini, tindak tutur ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the form of speech, power, implicature, and the level of validity of netizens' opinions about K-Pop on Twitter which are suspected to contain elements of hatred. The data was taken from the reply column of a tweet that became a discussion forum for netizens about unpopular opinions related to K-Pop, using a purposive sampling technique, which determined several data criteria when collected. As for the documentation technique, which is used to store data in the form of screenshots as archives. The findings are illocutionary utterances that are assertive or in the form of judgments. Speeches that are thought to have a show meaning, for example, are hate under the guise of opinion. However, apart from the form of speech, speech power, and implicatures, it is still necessary to measure the level of validity which includes conditions of preparation, conditions of sincerity, and illocutionary acts, referring to the law.
