Abstract

The Lodge Maribaya merupakan kawasan wisata yang berada dalam ruang kawasan konservasi yang dimanfaatkan sebagai kawasan wisata. Sebagai kawasan wisata dan hutan lindung, pengelola The Lodge Maribaya harus dapat menjaga keseimbangan kedua fungsi utama tersebut, dimana pengunjung dapat berwisata dengan nyaman dan kelestarian terhadap lingkungan di The Lodge Maribaya tetap terjaga. Upaya dalam menjaga hal tersebut, harus memperhatikan aktivitas kepadatan pengunjung yang ada. Daya dukung pariwisata berkaitan dengan kualitas tempat yang digunakan untuk melakukan aktivitas wisata yang akan mempengaruhi kualitas lingkungan serta pada kenyamanan dan kepuasan wisatawan dimana kualitas lingkungan tersebut akan berakibat pada kerusakan lingkungan terutama di wisata alam salah satunya The Lodge Maribaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor koreksi daya dukung di The Lodge Maribaya dan daya tampung maksimum di The Lodge Maribaya. Sebagai acuan perhitungannya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode cifuentes terkait daya dukung fisik (PCC), daya dukung riil (RCC) dan daya dukung efektif (ECC). Dengan 20 responden sebagai sampel, didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai PCC sebesar 1304 dapat menampung secara fisik kawasan, RCC sebesar 389 dengan faktor koreksinya dan ECC sebesar 311 dimana The Lodge Maribaya telah melampaui batas maksimum kunjungan berdasarkan jumlah kunjungan harian tahun 2021 sebanyak 55. Dari segi fisik kawasan, segi ekologis serta kapasitas manajemen The Lodge Maribaya masih mampu menampung jumlah pengunjung rata-rata. Efforts to maintain this, must pay attention to the activity of the existing visitor density. Tourism carrying capacity is related to the quality of the place used to carry out tourist activities that will affect the quality of the environment as well as on the comfort and satisfaction of tourists where the quality of the environment will result in environmental damage, especially in natural tourism, one of which is the Lodge Maribaya. The purpose of this study to determine the correction factor of carrying capacity in the Lodge Maribaya and maximum carrying capacity in the Lodge Maribaya. As a reference calculation, this study uses cifuentes method related to physical carrying capacity (PCC), real carrying capacity (RCC) and effective carrying capacity (ECC). With 20 respondents as a sample, it was found that the PCC value of 1304 can physically accommodate the area, RCC of 389 with its correction factor and ECC of 311 where the Lodge Maribaya has exceeded the maximum visit limit based on the number of daily visits in 2021 as many as 55. In terms of physical area, in terms of Ecology and management capacity, The Lodge Maribaya is still able to accommodate the average number of visitors.
