Abstract

Kesesuaian pekerjaan pada remaja dengan lulusan sekolah itu sangat penting, untuk mengeksplorasi peran pembelajaran dan kesesuaian keahlian dalam proses transisi pendidikan ke dunia kerja dengan hasil yang menunjukkan lebih dominan pada pengetahuan teoritis, komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan kemampuan belajar. Transisi dari pendidikan ke dunia kerja, ditandai dengan kondisi yang terus menerus berubah dan stabilitas pendidikan yang mulai berkurang. Penelitian ini menganalisis tema yang paling relevan terkait dengan transisi dari pendidikan ke dunia kerja melalui analisis scientometric menggunakan kata kunci “School-to-Work Transition”, “S2W” dan “Transition” sebagai input. Basis data Scopus digunakan karena dianggap ideal untuk analisis scientometric. Perangkat lunak VOSviewer diadopsi sebagai alat analisis scientometric untuk pemetaan jaringan berdasarkan penulis, negara, sumber, kata kunci dan penemuan terbaru. Analisis yang dilakukan pada 1 Maret 2022 menemukan total 726 dokumen dalam periode 2001 hingga 2021 riset STWT dengan filter artikel bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam dua puluh tahun terakhir jumlah publikasi tentang STWT berkembang secara signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan pada analisis ini bahwa studi tentang STWT dalam empat tahun terakhir berfokus pada tema yang terkait dengan pemuda yang tidak bekerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan, lulusan sekolah lebih awal dan negara Italy. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi yang semakin canggih, maka seorang peneliti mengharuskan memiliki inovasi baru yang bermanfaat bagi peneliti-peneliti selanjutnya. The suitability of work in adolescents with education graduates is very important, to explore the role of learning and appropriate skills in the process of transitioning from education to the world of work with results that show a greater dominance in theoretical knowledge, communication, problem solving, and learning abilities. The transition from education to the world of work is marked by constantly changing conditions and diminishing education. This study analyzes the themes most relevant to the transition from education to the world of work through scientometric analysis using the keywords “School-to-Work Transition”, “S2W” and “Transition” as input. Scopus data base used because it is considered ideal for scientometric analysis. VOSviewer software was adopted as a scientometric analysis tool for network mapping based on author, country, source, keywords and latest discoveries. Analysis conducted on March 1, 2022 found a total of 726 documents in the period 2001 to 2021 STWT research with filtered English articles. The results of this study indicate that in the last twenty years the number of publications on STWT has grown significantly. Based on the findings of this analysis, studies on STWT in the last four years have focused on themes related to unemployed youth, education and training, early school leave and the Italian state. Along with the times and increasingly sophisticated technology, a researcher requires to have new innovations that are useful for further researchers.
