Abstract
ABSTRAK Tingkat indeks keandalan pada suatu sistem jaringan distribusi listrik merupakan tuntutan penting dalam menyediakan dan menyalurkan energi listrik kepada pelanggan secara kontinu. Kualitas keandalan suatu sistem distribusi dapat ditentukan dari durasi terjadinya gangguan dan frekuensi terjadinya gangguan dalam periode tertentu. Indeks keandalan tersebut yaitu SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) dan indeks keandalan SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi nilai indeks keandalan pada sistem jaringan distribusi 20 kV PT. PLN UP3 Bandung pada penyulang Gegerkalong (PGKL) menggunakan metode RNEA (Reliability Network Equivalent Approach) dan simulasi pada software ETAP 12.6.0. Didapatkan tingkat indeks keandalan penyulang PGKL adalah handal berdasarkan perhitungan hasil indeks keandalan yang lebih kecil dari indeks keandalan standar yang telah ditetapkan PLN dalam SPLN 59-1985 yaitu indeks keandalan SAIFI adalah 3,21 kali/tahun dan indeks keandalan SAIDI adalah 21,094 jam/tahun. Adapun hasilnya yaitu dengan metode RNEA diperoleh indeks SAIFI 1,303 kali/pelanggan/tahun, dan indeks SAIDI 8,003 jam/pelanggan/tahun. Sedangkan nilai indeks keandalan yang diperoleh dari hasil simulasi aplikasi ETAP adalah SAIFI 2,2328 kali/pelanggan/tahun dan SAIDI 9,929 jam/pelanggan/tahun. Kemudian untuk evaluasi indeks keandalan dilakukan penambahan Automatic Circuit Recloser (ACR) pada simulasi ETAP dan didapatkan hasil indeks keandalannya adalah SAIFI 1,8451 kali/pelanggan/tahun dan indeks keandalan SAIDI menjadi 8,4364 jam/pelanggan/tahun. The quality of the reliability of a distribution system can be seen from how long the disturbance occurs and how often the disturbance occurs in a certain period. The reliability indexes are SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI reliability index (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). The purpose of this thesis research is to know and evaluate the value of the reliability index on the distribution network system 20 kV PT. PLN UP3 Bandung on the Gegerkalong feeder (PGKL) using the RNEA (Reliability Network Equivalent Approach) method and simulation on ETAP 12.6.0 software. The reliability index level of the PGKL feeder was found to be reliable based on the calculation of the reliability index which is smaller than the standard reliability index set by PLN in the SPLN 59-1985, namely the SAIFI reliability index is 3.21 times/year and the SAIDI reliability index is 21,094 hours/year. The result is that by using the RNEA method, the SAIFI index is 1.303 times/customer/year, and the SAIDI index is 8.003 hours/customer/year. While the reliability index value obtained from the simulation results of the ETAP application is SAIFI 2,2328 times/customer/year and SAIDI 9,929 hours/customer/year. Then for the evaluation of the reliability index, the addition of Automatic Circuit Recloser (ACR) in the ETAP simulation and the results of the reliability index is SAIFI 1.8451 times/customer/year and the reliability index SAIDI is 8.4364 hours/customer/year.
