Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi wisata gastronomi yang ada di Kota Cimahi kemudian merancang potensi pola perjalanan wisata gastronomi di Kota Cimahi dan mencapai tujuan akhir dengan hasil sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini juga ditujukan sebagai saran kepada pemerintah agar dapat menjadikan Kota Cimahi sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata gastronomi di Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode mixed method research yaitu kombinasi antara metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melauli wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi dan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian tersebut dianalisis menggunakan komponen gastronomi pada makanan lokal yang ada di Kota Cimahi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa potensi wisata gastronomi di Kota Cimahi dapat dikembangkan menjadi suatu daya tarik wisata berupa sebuah pola perjalanan wisata dengan memperhatikan beberapa faktor yang harus dikembangkan. Kata kunci : daya tarik wisata, gastronomi, pola perjalanan wisata, Kota Cimahi ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the potential for gastronomic tourism in Cimahi City, then to design the potential for gastronomic tourism travel patterns in Cimahi City and to achieve the final destination with the results according to the planned stages. This research is also intended as a suggestion to the government in order to make Cimahi City a gastronomic tourist destination in West Java. The research method used is a mixed method research method, namely a combination of quantitative methods and qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation study and using data collection tools in the form of interview guidelines. The results of the study were analyzed using the gastronomic component of local food in Cimahi City. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the potential for gastronomic tourism in Cimahi City can be developed into a tourist attraction in the form of a travel pattern by taking into account several factors that must be developed.
