Abstract
Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Kinerja merupakan suatu kegiatan yang sangat penting karena dapat digunakan sebagai ukuran tercapainya pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan, program atau kebijaksanaan dalam mewujudkan misi dan visi organisasi. PKH kabupaten Cianjur selaku unit pelaksana program dari Kementerian Sosial perlu mengetahui kelemahan dan kelebihan pegawainya sebagai landasan untuk memperbaiki kelemahan dan menguatkan kelebihan yang dimiliki sehingga kinerja pegawai dapat dioptimalkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi kontribusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pendamping yang belum mencapai target yang diharapkan sehingga organisasi dapat mencapai tujuannya yaitu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, serta merubah perilaku peserta PKH yang relatif kurang mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi kerja, tingkat modal sosial dan tingkat kinerja pendamping PKH, pengaruh kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja pendamping PKH, pengaruh modal sosial terhadap kinerja pendamping PKH dan Pengaruh kompetensi kerja dan modal sosial secara simultan terhadap kinerja pendamping PKH. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dan diperoleh 83 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Dilakukan uji parsial (uji statistic t), uji F dan koefesien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kompetensi, modal sosial, dan gambaran tingkat kinerja dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat kinerja pendamping PKH di Kabupaten Cianjur dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kompetensi dan modal sosial secara bersama-sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar pihak terkait meningkatkan kompetensi kerja, modal sosial dan kinerja para pendamping PKH di Kabupaten Cianjur dengan memperbaiki dan lebih memperhatikan setiap indikator-indikator yang membentuk variabel penelitian, sehingga kinerja dapat meningkat dan mencapai target yang diharapkan serta pada akhirnya tujuan dari organisasi dapat terwujud. PKH Cianjur as the program implementation unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs needs to know the weaknesses and advantages of its employees as a basis to correct weaknesses and strengthen the advantages that have so that employee performance can be optimized. This research is expected to contribute in improving the performance of escorts who have not reached the expected target so the organization can achieve the goal of improving the quality of human resources, as well as changing the behavior of PKH participants who are relatively less supportive of improving welfare. This study aims to find out the level of work competence, the level of social capital and the level of performance of PKH escorts, the influence of work competencies on the performance of PKH escorts, the strengthening of social capital on the performance of PKH escorts and the simultaneous influence of work competencies and social capital on the performance of PKH escorts. Sampling techniques used are simple random sampling and obtained by 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and verificative analysis using multiple linear regressions. Partial tests (t-static test), F test and determination coeffesien (R²) were conducted with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study showed that the description of competence, social capital, and the description of performance levels in the moderate category. The performance level of PKH escorts in Cianjur Regency is significantly influenced by competence and social capital simultaneously. Based on the results of this study, there is some advice given to the related parties to improved the work competence, social capital and performance of PKH escorts in Cianjur by improving and paying more attention to every indicator that forms research variables, so the PKH escorts performance can improve and achieve the expected targets and ultimately the goals of the organization can be realized Keywords: Competence, Social Capital, Employee Performance, PKH.
