Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai di Direktorat Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel, yaitu implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 (X), budaya organisasi (Z) dan kinerja pegawai (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran tingkat efektivitas implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, tingkat budaya organisasi, tingkat kinerja pegawai serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap budaya organisasi dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket model skala likert dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang tenaga pendidikan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis data inferensial. Penulis juga menggunakan teori Management Change oleh Spradley sebagai Grand Theory. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif dan uji inferensial didapatkan hasil bahwa 1) implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 berada pada kategori cukup efektif 2) budaya organisasi berada pada kategori cukup kuat dan 3) kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup tinggi 4) terdapat pengaruh sedang atau cukup implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap budaya organisasi 5) terdapat pengaruh sedang atau cukup budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai 6) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Nani Imaniyati, M. Si ABSTRACT The problem studied in this study is that the performance of employees at the Directorate of Education, Indonesia University of Education is not yet optimal. This study consists of three variables, namely the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (X), organizational culture (Z) and employee performance (Y). This study aims to analyze the description of the effectiveness of the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, the level of organizational culture, the level of employee performance and to determine whether or not there is an effect of the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on organizational culture and its implications for employee performance. This study uses an explanatory survey method. The data collection technique used is a Likert scale model questionnaire with a score ranging from 1 to 5. The respondents in this study amounted to 33 education personnel. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and inferential data analysis technique. The author also uses the Management Change theory by Spradley as the Grand Theory. Based on the results of descriptive analysis and inferential tests, the results show that 1) the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is in the quite effective category 2) the organizational culture is in the strong enough category and 3) employee performance is in the high enough category 4) there is a moderate or sufficient influence on the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on organizational culture 5) there is a moderate or sufficient influence on organizational culture on employee performance 6) there is a direct and indirect influence on the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on employee performance by organizational culture as an intervening variable.
